“Great hotel”

Arrived late at night on a very busy weekend, service was quick, efficient and friendly. From check-in to my room took all of 5 minutes. Unfortunately, my room was located on a floor with several families who decided to use the hallway as a meeting place where loud talking took place and screaming children were running around. Brought this fact to the attention of the front desk and they did not hesitate to address the situation, resulting in a very quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Steps away from Metro and shopping. Great hotel overall

“Getting better every year”

This was my third time in Montreal and I chose the same hotel again. They are getting better and better every year. I believe that they are ready to get the 4th star.

je suis venu pour mon premier voyage au canada à delta montréal, en résumer l'hotel est bien, ses chambres sont grandes à l'americaine et bien equipé, pour sortir il y a pas e souci , situé au centre ville , il suffit de sortir pour trouver les differents points d'interet (restaurants, cafés, comemrces, metro, etc.) l'acceuil est agréble et le personel est bien serviable, seul inconvineant, je ne trouve pas de charme a l'hotel malgrés sa classe

les chambres sont impeccables,les matelas sont moelleux, le parking est bien disposé, le restaurant pour le petit dejeuner est très bien (buffet), et l'accueil est super.

I searched around quite a bit, and the Delta was centrally located, close to Catherine street and all of the action. I would stay there again. This was an excellent deal for the money. I was impressed.

“Good value”

The hotel is conveniently located between for the French and English night life and just a few minutes walk from business and shopping areas. Place des Arts nearby for theatre and music. Nearby subway access is convenient for anyone wanting to go a bit further afield. Alouettes field is a short walk away and the Habs Hockey stadium a 15-20 minute walk or you can use the subway. Cash machine in the lobby. Good bar with free snacks. plenty of seating in the lobby. Friendly bi-lingual staff. Internet speed very good though it was a plug-in connection not WiFi. Definitely a keeper.

“Outstanding”

The hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and accessible. The seamless transition between French and English, allowed for easy communication. Check-in was fast and 'painless', while the elevators were quick. The room was exactly as it was described. Parking was a little pricey, but worth the location of the hotel. We were close to St. Catherine Street shopping and Crescent Street dining. The fitness center was clean and efficient. All in all, this was a great hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful by giving us a map and directions to old Montreal, which is only a 20 minute walk. The views from our room were amazing.

I was very pleased with the whole experience from booking to check out. All the staff were great, and the hotel was really comfortable and well appointed.
