"Comfortable and Convenient"
We have stayed at this hotel on two occasions to spend a few days in Montreal and will return again. On the first occasion a couple of years ago, we arrived by car and found the hotel easily. While parking is not accessible from the front, it is located close off a side street. We spent a very enjoyable couple of days with our daughter and son who were at McGill. On the most recent occasion, my wife and I planned a quiet Montreal getaway. We arrived by train and it is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel or a 10 minute cab ride.

"convenient location, friendly staff."
3 nights: very lucky to get a clean corner room (Queen room has bathtub), so excellent day-lighting + enough space for 2 people. enough outlets for re-charging. each brekkie: a warm pc of pre-sliced baguette plus warm croissant, comes w/ peanut butter, jam, butter, honey (i put in coffee), Tea/Cf, juice box. small fridge is handy since IGA Grocery right across street on St Cath has sushi/cold/hot food take out! then i found the food court (lots of choices) beside IGA leads to Berri-Uq Station which was great since it was raining. plus lots of dining choices St Cath, St Denis nearby. room temp perfect as it got cold in MTL in late Sep, has extra blanket in drawer if needed. one front staff was willing to boil water when i needed, thanks !

"Great Location in Old Montreal"
Had a delightful stay here December 30/31, 2014. The hotel is an old building with lots of charm but not as charming as Naima who makes you really feel like a welcome guest! The hotel is walking distance to all the interesting parts of the old city and some very nice restaurants. Easy parking is also a short walking distance away. There is no one at the front desk in the evening hours or on holidays, but there is a code to get into the building and an emergency number if necessary. I have no reservation recommending this hotel!

"Perfect for the weekend!"
This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Hotel Elegant while in Montreal. And we were just a pleased with it this year as we were last year. We were in town for the Comic Convention and were not in our room for much time, but it was exactly what we were looking for! Pleasant staff, clean room and parking right in front of the hotel! Couldn't ask for more(and at an awesome price). I would absolutely book there again!

"Best hotels I ever stayed in at this price range."
At this price, this hotel worth every penny. Every item in the hotel is carefully arranged with taste. You have the radio already playing soft music while you step into your room, you have fridge, oven, cooker, beautiful funitures, spacious bathroom. I don't know what to say. I stayed in hotels like 200 or 300 dollars a day, it's not necessarily better than this one.

Take in the sparkling lights and whirling colors of the game rooms before settling down at the table or slot machine of your choice. Pick your poison and get started; are you a fan of poker, keno, or blackjack? Enjoy sumptuous buffet feasts and five-star meals at top in-house restaurants. Some casinos offer shows and performances for visitors, providing a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the casino itself.

There are over 34 hotels near casinos in Montreal, ranging from quaint inns to full-service resorts. Depending on your needs, you might find yourself looking at a charming B&B that will give you peace and quiet after a number of games. Alternatively, there are some perks to staying in a big hotel – you can call 24-hour room service to get a meal or a snack even if you finish up your winning streak at a late (or early) hour.

Hit the on-site gym to burn off some of the calories you ingested at the buffet or in your room; alternatively, stretch out for a long massage to soothe muscles that have kinked after hours hunched over a table.

You’ve saved a lot of money for an enjoyable trip to the casinos in Montreal; don’t blow it all on hotels and transportation. Expedia.ca offers a Best Price Guarantee, which means you get the best rooms for the best rates, and can save your dollars for the minibar.
