“Staff are tops!”

My daughter and I stayed 1 night and two days and couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. The staff were really accomodating and helpful when we had a little upset. They went out of their way to look after us which made us feel really special. The hotel is comfortable, clean and close to shopping. I won't hesitate to go back there again, and probably will the next time we have to go to Montreal for business or pleasure.

“Wonderful location, great staff, terrific vacation.”

We decided on a last minute get away in Montreal and chose this hotel. The price was great, the location fantastic. We stayed for 3 nights and had a terrific mini vacation. The little cafe on-site served wonderfully fresh croissants and coffee which we ate every morning while reading the paper. The room was clean, the bathroom a good size, the TV worked well. We were within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants and museums. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night, great rooms...nice and big/freshly renovated. Valet Service took the hasle of parking your vehicle away. Will stay here everytime in Montreal

“People Do Matter”

Better Than So Many From the moment of our arrival to the Ville-Marie,Best Western the service and friendliness beat our expectations. During our stay we were always greeted with a smile and recognition; giving us a feeling of being in our home neighborhood. Dining was excellent, valet service and front desk service wonderful. All staff was well informed regarding; where to find places and streets. Our thanks and compliments to the General Manager,for such a wonderful staff and for his friendliness in assisting my husband when he needed use of the hotels printer.

The service was friendly, the location was perfect, the room was huge, it was just what we needed. Mind you, we're not picky people and we've heard people complain about cleanliness but we found it fine. The beds were super comfortable.

this hotel was perfect...... 2 blocks from st. catherine st.... and not far walk from anything downtown... right by the subway... safe area, quiet area.... considering the price of other hotels in montreal... this is probably the best bang for your buck...

“Nice, clean, big room.”

I was very impressed with our room. Hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and a movie theatre. Nice clean hotel, located close to the Bell Centre if you are in town for hockey or a concert.
