The room was very quiet despite being very close to a highway. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good.

Good breakfast, if you want piece and quiet ask for a room with outside view. The rooms with inside view and balconies are noisy

The staff here (Sarah and V) are time and time again very friendly, proficient and professional. The facility and rooms are always clean and the pricing is competitive.

I liked the breakfast buffet especially when traveling with small children, it had many options for them to enjoy as well as save us some money.

Very clean, great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool needs to be cleaner. Breakfast was average, eggs were not warm, and they only had bacon all week long. Think both sausage and bavon should be served. The parking lot had too much ice in the beginning. But other than that I would return to this hotel. But please clean the pool better.

The hotel is Ok, but next time I would probably stay at the Holiday Inn nearby, if I wanted the same caliber experience with a bot more transportation convenience.

Good choice for a one night stay
This was a good choice for our recent family business trip, a one night stay in the Montreal area. We liked the location, it was convenient for what we had to do, although the restaurant choices were not that close by. The hotel itself is in good condition, and the staff did a good job in meeting our request for a room for seniors with limited mobility. What we did not know is how far the breakfast area is from the main lobby and elevators. The breakfast was quite tasty and well stocked although there was no decaf coffee available while I was there. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable, no extra chair in the room which would have been nice. All in all, we would probably stay here again if we are in the area.

I must say that I was very happy about everything at the hotel. I think the only issue for us is that there was only breakfast served at the hotel. It would be better if there was a restaurant for meals to be served throughout the day..very clean property and helpful friendly staff.

NO CARPET! It’s rare nowadays to find a hotel without carpet! Best Western is different and this is good! I LOVE it! I breathe odorless and clean air! Complimentary breakfast is also very convenient
