It was fine for the price in downtown Montreal. Parking is off-site, and there are a lot of stairs, so be prepared for that. The walls are pretty thin, but there's heating, cooling, and a thermostat in the room.
There was more to the free breakfast than I expected. I thought there would just be granola bars and coffee or something. There's quite a few toasters, white and brown bread, jam, butter, hazelnut spread, and peanut butter packets, some bananas and apples, coffee, hot chocolate packets, orange juice, cereal and milk. For a diy breakfast at a hotel, that's more than some hotel chains would offer.
