Great service after a long closure from town-wide flood damage. Elevator still not working and final repairs still in progress but not staff's fault. Good location very close to Capitol building.

Wonderful place to stay for the 4th of July. Great friendly staff! We even saw Bernie out through our hotel window during the parade. Thank you!

This property could use some upgrades. Some very strange smells (not good ones) throughout the hallways. HVAC systems (in room units) need replaced. Carpet is tired and dated. Staff did the best they could but hard to overcome.Beds were comfortable and great location!

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff and the room was nice. Only downside was that the hallways were stuffy and not air conditioned (outside temperature was very hot duty our stay). Great location , easy walk to a super bakery and neat stores plus great dining both within hotel and within 3 minute walk

The staff, especially the concierge, are super friendly. She gave us a quiet room as we requested. The place is close to restaurants, a cinema, museums, public transportation, etc. Unfortunately, many places/restaurants around it were closed due to holidays. The room was nice and quiet. However, the bed wasn't as comfortable/soft as expected. Overall, it's better than expected, though. Highly recommend it.
