Liked everything about the Super 8. Parking, the room itself and quietness compared to other hotels

Hotel was as I expected. It was convient and serviced my need.

“walk in nature”

overall cleanliness, great location to wildlife, nature, and the racino...........comfortable, like the loveseat, and coffee table......brand new comfortable matress didnt hurt either

“Basic motel, a place to sleep along the way”

The first room's window wouldn't lock, requested and promptly got another room. The remote in the first room didn't work, it worked in the second room. The room is typical of a hotel, the towels are kinda thin. This will work as a place to stay. The hotels in this area seem overpriced generally.

“Just the basics”

Friendly desk service, clean rooms. The main problem was cheap construction, the floor shook when a heavy man walked by our room. Good enough, but you can probably find better.

“Not clean, run down.....”

Run down hotel, I can't recommend this place at all. I reserved a non-smoking room and the room smelled of cigarettes really badly. The customer service is fine, but the hotel needs to be remodeled. Too bad there is no nice places to stay in Monticello.

“Not worth the cost”

Not a bad place at all, but certainly not worth the money we paid for one night's stay. Room was small, old and not updated in any way. Not what you expect from most Super 8's. Breakfast was poor quality. Much construction around, hard to access.

This hotel was not in a good area. The hotel was shabby and smelly. The corridors were dirty with loose floorboards and in my opinion, the stairs were in a dangerous condition. The doors to the upper floors wouldn't close. The rooms were dull and in need of upgrading and the bath could have been cleaner, We paid $20 more for this hotel than for one the previous night which, we could not fault.

“Death trap”

Horrible!!! Was afraid the place would fall down. Floors of balcony were weak and rotted, roomwas lower on one end than the other, suggesting structural faults.
