Suite Room itself was not what would be acceptable from the area i live in. Sheets, pillows, mattress topper and comforter were stained with yellow dark stains. Manager evetually swapped with what they had extras of but was told they do not replace items due to stains but rest assured they were cleaned. Also water damage to walls and ceiling. Room smelled like it was a smoking room at some point. Overall not satisfied daughter was sneezing the entire time we were in the room. Expected better service when asking for a new room or even new bedding and stuff. Would not recommend this place to my enemy including since this room was supposed to be their suite.

The staff was great. The property was spotlessly clean. But the walls and doors were far from soundproof. And routine maintenance is not routine. The fan in the bathroom was as loud as a jet. The heat lamp timer did not work. Last, I am legally blind and called in advance to ask for extra lights; they don’t have extra lamps, or perhaps, they don’t bave the staff to move them. When I say the room was dark, for me, it was cave-like. I could not operate the remote because I could not find it or see it to use it. And i struggled with finding the fridge. But. for one night, for safety, cleanliness and very nice staff, i would consider staying again.

Excellent stay for the night. I needed sleep and was able to land here to a clean, quiet, and nicely set-up room with wonderful bedding and a comfortable mattress. Breakfast was simple but there was good coffee, decent selections, and it was an added bonus.

Stayed for two days. Service was excellent. The morning breakfast is a little weak, but it was not even advertised. Great experience. Clean and safe.

This place needs an overhaul. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it previously. The bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter. The breakfast was pathetic. No toast or bagels or muffins. Only thing they had was a waffle maker, some fruit, cereal and instant oatmeal, yogurt. No scrambled eggs, and bacon or sausage like other hotels offer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff were very freindly and helpfull.

Our non-smoking room had a strong smell of smoke. The person at the front desk came to investigate, and he agreed. He sprayed something that was supposed to help. There were no other rooms where we could relocate.

I called on Friday evening to cancel for the night because I wouldn’t have gotten to the property until around 1:30 in the morning and the guest service person told me that the room would have been canceled because i wouldn’t be there before midnight and I didn’t give them 48 hours notice. The point is I didn’t even make the reservation 48 hours in advance and they were unwilling to help me

Gross place but nice people
My room smelled like an ashtray, even though the whole hotel was supposed to be non-smoking. The floors were dirty and the bathtub too. Very expensive for the experience. Unfortunately, this was my only option. However, the people working the hotel were kind and helpful, it’s too bad that some jerks smoked in their establishment and ruined it for everyone else.

Don’t ever try to check in early. They will charge you $20 fee to check into you room that is already available!!! Staff was very unprofessional

Hotel and room was clean and comfortable. I was a little confused about the "pet friendly" status because even though I was allowed to pay a high fee (per night) and have my pet in the room I was told I was not allowed to leave the pet alone in the room (even though there is a crate) because he might bark. Very inconvenient, since the grocery stores, convenience stores, churches and/or restaurants do not allow pets.
