I am upset that Expedia didn’t make it clear that we had to check in before 7:00pm. We had no hotel and had to search for the next hour trying to find a place to stay. And then we got charged for a room we couldn’t even check in at. All this while trying to visit my dying father. Thanks Expedia

Reserved a room only to find out that you can’t check in after 7:00pm...Really? Perhaps not sharing vacancies online after 7:00pm would alleviate this becoming an issue in the future. Solutions! Not just problems.

Room was not clean , had to wait until 3 to check in. There was no toilet paper or towels. The kitchen sink was backed up. The bathroom had spots of blood on the mirror and toenail clippings on the floor. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels. I was given 1 towel (for 2 guests), 2 wash cloths and 1 handtowel . They were disgusting and the 1 washcloth actually had a bandaid stuck to it. So I went to the store and bought towels and bleach to clean the bathroom.

Hotel told me there is no room available because they have mistake and asked me to call Expedia which I called expedia phone number showing from Expedia web site and I was answered by a person (mentioned his name as Frank Alison with extension 2046). Frank told me that I will get refund $100 and another room, but instructed me to buy Google Play gift card and give him the card code that he put into computer to process that. After give the google play card code, he asked me to hold the phone and wait 5 minutes, And then he was back to said the server is hanging, and need me to buy another google play card. At this point, I realized it is trap. NEVER got a room which I booked from Expedia. I have been Expedia customer for many years. This is extremely BAD experience. WHY Expedia Phone number from Expedia Web site is handled way? I am strongly demand Expedia investigate this issue. And compensate my loss causing by this issue.

They close check in time a 3:00pm,i got there at 3:45 couldnt check in they took my money.this is the worse hotel ive seen. Alot of peopleslicing in them tore up cars everywhere .please do not get a room there its not even worth 33.00 i paid

They had roaches & the front desk assistant with the red hair was very rude and not good with customer service not friendly at all besides that everything was ok and the rest of the guest were friendly & nice the second time I stayed the lady porcha was very nice and checked me in very quickly she had great customer service skills

I was disappointed at the fact that the bathroom floor seemed to be warped from possible water damage. I killed numerous of roaches during my stay, some of which were in the kitchen and the others in the bathroom. The room itself just had an old smell. I've stayed at Home-Towne Suites in other cities and was never dissatisfied, so of course this was a shocker to me

I should have paid more attention to the warning signs that I should have cancelled this reservation after reviewing the room. There were people in the pool that were clearly not guests. The carpets throughout where very dirty, and the office locks at a certain time, and a security guard inside the office. You have to come and ask for more linen (which there was a shortage) at the office, as well as bedding for the let-out sofa couch. They do not clean your room, and there is a note that they are not responsible for toilet paper after your initial visit. Whatever that means. I was not thinking and it showed when I stayed here. I recommend saving more for a better hotel. I also felt like when I was outside, that I should be inside before something bad happens.

As we was going into the room it was roaches flying in while we was there. Upon entering the room there were several of roaches that we killed and there was no towels on the room. I contacted the first desk but never received the towels that I asked for.

Never even made it into a rm since there was nobody there at the desk to check us in and we had just driven about 2,000+ miles all we wanted to was sleep but apparently they don't like to waist money on employees so if you're planning getting a bed to sleep in get there at their convenience not yours or do like I did and go to another hotel and relax

Everyone who wrote the reviews for this place must work there. I believe the majority of the people at the hotel actually live there. The hotel could use some cleaning from the floors to the vents to the curtains. The guest felt the need to leave their bags of trash in the stairwell daily. It was terrible!

Very displeased with my stay starting with my check in which took almost 30 minutes. Three different people had to try to operate the computer.. After check in I entered the main building and found trash in the elevator, and hall carpets filthy. Room was at best OK as far as being clean. But television and bed side lamp was broken. Called front desk but no one answered. They were all outside talking and joking around. Called back later and young lady came up and vision. But when I tried to turn television off it would not. I just left it on the two days I was there. I usually stay in less expensive hotels and don't expect top tier service but I got what I paid for at this hotel. I would not go back back. .

Not Cheap Enough
If you find yourself saying "I bet these reviews are just being too harsh...", they're not. This place was a nightmare. We managed to survive two nights here, but with very little sleep. After getting our room, we walk to the unit we where we were staying. The front door was broken, so no key card required. Anyone can waltz on in. The hallways smelled of freshly smoked blunt. Our room was missing cabinet doors and was severely outdated. The carpet had questionable stains. The beds caved in the middle. There was a pack of half eaten crackers under the poor excuse for a couch. The people lurking at all hours of the night seemed sketchy, and made themselves heard until around 4 a.m. I could go on but I'll stop there. Yes, it's cheap. No, it's not cheap enough.
