I did not bring my stuff in before I checked the room because you can tell it’s sketchy. First room covers were nasty with stains on the cover they gave me another room which was even worse. Large stains on the covers with crusty white debris. It’s smells old like a thrift store and people were constantly in and out that appeared to look sketchy as well

The housekeeping is terrible. The pillows had blood on them and the sheets were dirty with black stains on them, we had to strip the bed. Im pretty sure the sheets werent changed. The linen had burn holes in the comforter and the sheets. The carpet was disgusting stains all over. Front counter guys were really nice though. Jetted tub was great! Room definitely needs an update.

It was kind of out dated. I was in a non smoking room but still smelled smoke. The walls are thin and could hear everything going on in the next room.

While checking in, the guy acted like I was inconveniencing him. The room was in poor condition and the window was unlocked and opened a little with no screen. It was a ground floor room so I felt very unsafe. Mold in the shower and burns on a sink that was nearly falling off the wall. During checkout, before my deposit was refunded, the lady had to go check my room. I’ve never experienced that in my life. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We chose Home Inn for its proximity to our driving route to Fl. It is an older bldg, but reasonably well maintained. The bathroom needs updating but everything works. Breakfast was meager but adequate. Most rooms were vacant and neighborhood was lsomewhat rundown, which is a turn off to us and to many others.

Me & my Husband had a great experience. Nice clean spacious room. We booked the King Suite. Staff was very pleasant! We will definitely choose this Hotel when we’re in this area again.

I really like my stay there. This is my 3rd time. I'm in montgomery any where from 2 to 4 nights aweek. Now my schedule makes me to come to montgomery up until may. So i will be stating here until then. This being said it should show how much i enjoy being here.

The Front desk guy's customer service was not pleasing, and he would not listen to my concerns. The rooms were sub-par and I would not recommend staying at this Hotel. Unless you are really, really desperate, I would definitely keep searching.

Eew.
Originally booked a king soom, but was told a smoking room was available for a few $ more so we switched. The room we got was dirty, paint peeling, tile in bathroom broken, toilet stopped up while we were there. AC started leaking into the floor below us and maintenence had to come into our room for almost an hour and vacuum all the water out and off the floor. Old style innerspring mattresses that were VERY hard, and super hard pillows as well. Overall was DIRTY, but i guess for less than $100 a night i got what i paid for.

When checking out they had to check the room before allowing me to leave. There was only one person working. Employees' cars blocked drop off area. Overall not impressed. Not even worth the lower price.

My stay was ok. So the outside area was nice and the lobby was ok. My biggest issue was someone above us was smoking and the smell came in my room. Abd one of the beds smelled like smoke as well .

This is a case where you get what you pay for and although the ratings weren’t bad, the hotel was not very nice at all. They also charged the card that I booked the room with instead of the card that was given to them when my daughter and her grandpa arrived. I signed something electronically authorizing the card to be charged for incidentals only but instead they charged the room to that card. I emailed them about it but have not heard back.

I have deeply checked on this case. we have only charged 1 credit card which was provided by the grand father. most hotels have a rule that if someone else is paoying for the guest and if that person is not present we must have credit card authorization form filled out. my front desk did that same thing. The room had a bad smell this is a dog friendly hotel and my room smelted like it. Had to go buy stuff to try and get that smell out it was in the carpet. We spoke with the ppl at the front desk they claimed no dog has been in that room we told him yes a dog or dogs have been in this room

Bedbugs!!
Just checked out of the room this morning and while headed home I felt something crawling in my pants leg around my knee, I immediately stopped and found a bedbug in my pants. After further investigation of the pajamas I slept in, there were several others.

The check in was smooth and the staff very friendly. The room was clean but the jetted tub was out of order and the heat did not work properly.. The vending machines were out of order. The most disappointing was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and they only have a very thin blanket.. The mattress seemed old and in need of replacement. Was very disappointed and tired from barely any sleep when we left. Will not be staying there again.

The pictures look better than the actual property. Building is in need of many updates. It said breakfast included and there wasn’t any. Ironing board was broke and wouldn’t stand. Microwave was too small to heat standard size dishes in. And bath towels were gray and dingy, not white. Environment in surrounding area looks rough and dirty.

This is a dated property, but it's priced accordingly. For sure there were drug deals going down in the back parking lot all night long. But, the room was clean and the staff was professional.

The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond for comfort levels. The pet fee is not added to the room rental cost. Pleasant daily upkeep with friendly staff interactions. The staff goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable and safe stay.
