Este hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, pero necesita mucha remodelación, está demasiado feo, cortinas rotas, carpetas con mal olor, se siente una estadía insegura

They never treat you like a vip. No room upgrades or free breakfast. Staff is just ok not super friendly. I only stay because it has a good location in San Nicolas.

Safe Area!!! It needs a renovation, lock from bathroom door didn’t work! Other than that it was great.

The worst experience. Terrible staff & service I will never stay again in this hotel. Do not consider this hotel if you are traveling to Monterrey.

Uncomfortable bedroom
We tried to check in earlier and price difference was more than a whole day! The room wasn’t clean. A pair of wait socks were on one corner and the bed blanket was dirty. You can feel sand on the sheets. The most horrible is that this time we got a mattress that was not firm. My services dog was we us to check in and we didn’t even say a word when a lady said that the hotel was not a pet friendly that the dog was not allow on the premises. We knew that. But it is just the way she said it. She supposed to provided a good customer service. We let her know that we knew that it was just that we were trying to check in the. We will go to drop the pet at the pet care
