Could have been better
Was given the opportunity to pay in cash. Night staff front desk was amazing, however the morning gentlemen had a rude and disrespectful attitude. The cleanness was great especially with COVID. Overall ok Not sure if I would recommend it just because the morning front desk was rude.

If your travelling with a Family this is a very good option. Good location, easy access. Cons: Parking lot very tight, designed for small cars only. If you have a Pick up,Minivan (my case) or a Full size SUV be ready to struggle. The 2nd level of the parking lot is non accessible for this type of vehicles. A plus could be, if this hotel was Pet Friendly, since rooms could be easily adapted for small breed companion.

affordable and quiet accommodations
The suites are spacious and clean. The location is safe and very quiet; good if you have appointments at the nearby Hospitals, or if you are driving, not so good if you are in Monterrey for vacations and not familiar with the city; altought is a short bus drive or taxi to downtown or San Pedro area. The people at the front desk is great, very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy, gated and safe. Breakfast is “continental” so not many options available, but there are two nice ladies who can make eggs to your like for only $3 CAD. The main thing for improvement is the beds! I found the mattress old and uncomfortable, although a few nights is manageable.

Cheap and basic for short stay
Basic service. Since I visited during a hot spell, the tiled floor kept the place cool. It was roomy and it had lots of closet space. I also stayed one night, so it was ok. The kitchenette was decent. Their continental breakfast is a joke--don't count on it. The night tables lacked lamps. The shower head was a joke; it was tiny and it created mostly a mist. It was not fun taking a shower. Their wifi was not very good.

Good Hotel for Long Stays
This Hotel is in a Residential Area not much around, very Large Rooms good for hot weather but cold in the wintertime. Good Breakfast and great inexpresive a la carte options.

Bad hotel
It was a cheap hotel with price of 4 star and when you get there you realize its a very bad hotel !!!! I will never going to even think in it like an option!
We are really sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Our rates are normally much lower, but the dates in which you were here, were sold out in all the hotels in the City, so the rates went up for just 3 days. We are sorry that the rate did not correspond with your expectations.
