Excellent service staff and great location. Rooms are quite varied - -some very nice and others rather tired.
The big issue lies somewhere between hotels.com and accounting at the hotel. A reservation was made and prepaid for an 8 day stay. Terms clearly stated that if one changed the reservation later than 24 hours before check-in there was a one night penalty. Three days before check-out, there was a change of plans with a departure 2 days early. Both the hotel and hotels.com were notified a day before early departure, but hotels.com would not refund even one day of the prepaid amount, counter to the explicit policy stated on the reservation, claiming it was the Antaris' fault.
