“Great Customer Service”

Ok when I arrived in Mexico I was super lost and it took be forever to find the hotel. However as soon as I arrived, I forgot about my bad experience. They are so welcoming. They have a guard on Duty which told me he would take care of all the stuff on the truck and make sure nothing was stolen. The front desk clerk was very helpful and made me and my mom feel comfortable. The hotel room itself is very neat and comfy. When I woke up the next day, the chofer offered to take me to run errands and told me not to drive so I wouldn't get lost. He took me to the bank and to eat. When I left they gave me a warm good bye. I stayed in another hotel while in Monterrey (mision monterrey) and its nothing compared to the great service I received here. Stay here if you want good customer serivice. High recommend. Oh and if your lost-the chofer will pick you up wherever your located. I learned that tip afterwards.
