Great location! We were able to walk to dinner and catch sunset on the beach. The desk clerk was so nice. The cookies were delicious!

We really appreciated how hospitable the staff were at both check in and check out - there were complimentary cookies for both us and our dog. The room is a little dated with carpet (so if you had allergies - it may be a slight issue in a pet friendly room) however it was super clean, with a convenient court yard. I don’t believe they have AC and our room was a little warm in the night - but you can’t complain for the reasonable price for the area. They also provided a lot of information about Carmel, and recommended businesses nearby. Overall I would absolutely stay again!

Very disappointing. Paid for a queen bed got a double and room had only space for one bedside lamp and table . Asked for an upgrade and told I needed to pay additional $76… Certainly won’t stay there again . View was street and parked cars. No breakfast only coffee in room and two small cookies.

The staff is very nice and friendly and I liked how clean the room was. It is also located near restaurants and shopping stores. Also the property is pet friendly!

Very convenient for walking around Carmel, plus our room had a kitchenette so we had a lot of room, and made use of the microwave and dishes for after-dinner snacking on leftovers.

Surprisingly quiet despite a lot of dogs. Quick walk to great restaurants and the beach for sunset. Would stay again! Rooms are a bit dated but bed very comfy . Good pillows.

The mattressin the bed was very uncomfortable becauseof its softness. For the high amount they now charge, the old mattress ought to be repaced.
Otherwise this hotel is adequate although they do have a lot of addon small fees.

This hotel is terrible poor and old frankly speaking, the property need repairs and renovations for all facilities, bathroom no ventilation, faucet are old can’t turning smoothly, visibly water stains and dirty around very old sink. Bedroom is very dirty carpet plus very old beds and dresser, you can easy heard any noises from next room. Never recommended!!!
