“Good decent accomodations”

Good hotel especially for the money. Pleasant stay although the family only stayed one night. Had everything you could ask for and suprisingly nice accomodations based on the outside of the hotel. Hotel is a little tricky to find as you come off the highway.

“Conveniently located”

For our needs this hotel was conveniently located with easy access to Hwy 1 and Hwy 68. It's also in walking distance to Del Monte Beach. The exterior of the hotel appears questionable, but the interior corridors and our room were very clean. Rate was low in comparison to other hotels in Monterey and this one includes a continental breakfast. The hotel staff was very helpful at check in as we were there early. Our room was ready in 20 minutes. Although the hotel is located beside the highway our room was not noisy. If you're looking for a quaint Monterey hotel with a view of the bay then this isn't the place for you, but if you're looking for a simple hotel for a night's rest then you can't go wrong.

“Satisfied”

Nice stay. Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff. Decent breakfast. They are working on making the dining area bigger, which will help. A bit crowded now.

The hotel was good, the beds were comfortable. Very convient location for the stay and parking wasn't too bad.

“Nice but a little pricey”

This hotel is well maintained and very clean. It looks like the guest rooms are getting remodeled and our room was one of those that recently got the makeover. It was big, very comfortable and there was none of the usual dankness that accompanies stays in Monterey. Our room faced the freeway but wasn't that noisy although light sleepers might want a room on the street side. Upside: They allow pre-booking of single night stays unlike many other hotels. Downside: 1 guest is considered standard occupancy and there is an extra $10 fee for each additional person.

“Good for the price”

Room reasonably clean. Lobby staff somewhat helpful. TV outdated, furnature could use updating. In room fridge, handy. Plenty of parking. Area of town a bit run down. Free breakfast buffet great; eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fruit, cereal, coffee, about everything.

“Not too bad for the price”

This hotel is pretty good over all and the only issue was the bathroom. Not sure what kind of cleaning solution they use to clean the bathroom because it smell like medicine (very strong) when we first enter and the toilet paper is too far from your reach. Breakfast was ok. People at front desk was very helpful and friendly. I don' mind staying at this hotel again.

Location is good, near freeway exit. 10 mins from Wharf. Breakfast was good; had yogurt,toast,eggs,sausage,juice,tea,coffee

“Very good room”

This is a very nice hotel at a nice price. Free wifi, free parking and free breakfast make this hotel an excellent choice. The room was clean and well-maintained.
