“Clean and comfortable”

Very happy with the hotel.It was a few kilometres to the main town,so the cheaper price reflected that. Hotel was in good ,clean condtition spacious and comfortable and our room was quiet and did not hear any traffic noise,even though we were on the main road. Breakfast was not to flash,but if you are happy with Coffee,tea,toast,cereal and an apple,then I was.The typical stodgy Americian pastrys,I would give a miss,the same in most hotels in the USA,full of fat and hard as rocks. The people running it were friendly and the spa was hot,but I did not use it. There are plenty of fast food places close bye ,Dennys etc and chinese restraunt and a laundry to catch up on washing is just across the road . So if you want to save a few bucks and be comfortable,I would stay there again

The Motel was on main road but was, very quiet and clean and Manager more than helpful,breakfast was standard continental all in all good value for short stay.

Price was right but nothing out of the ordinary. Disappointed that hottub didn't work.

“Adequate.”

The room was clean and no complaints on the service. If your looking for a room that is clean, easy to access and close to the Wharf, Aquarium and Cannery Row and don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room, then this is the hotel for you. My only complaint is the people above us were extremely noisy. The feet pounding and what sounded like dragging furniture around lasted from 11pm to 5am each night we stayed. I do not travel a lot, the rates seemed reasonable.

“GREAT STAFF!!”

Although the place is a little rundown, it served our purpose in every way. The reason for our trip was to go to the Monterey County Fairgrounds for a weekend of concerts so this was the perfect place for us to stay at a reasonable rate. The fairgrounds are in walking distance which is wonderful. The continental breakfast was great, nothing like coffee already ready when you wake up! And the staff is so friendly and so accomodating and really aimed to please. Hopefully, Furthur will be back next year so we can stay here again!

“Convenient to family in town.”

The motel was clean. We only spent a short night there as we had a family gathering without room for all guests.

Très décevant pour un Best Western qui sont habituellement beaucoup plus qualitatifs. La chambre sentait mauvais ce qui est très désagréable, après, le confort était correct, rien d'extraordinaire. La piscine est très petite. La personne à la réception le soir était aimable mais, le gars du matin était vraiment pas sympa : même pas bonjour; la pâte à gaufre n'était pas prête, j'ai pris un jus d'orange... c'était de l'eau... Pas de sirop d'érable, un client est parti en chercher dans sa chambre et nous en a gentiment proposé. Ça passe juste pour une nuit, pas plus.

“Nothing fancy, but a good value.”

Our stay was uncomfortable, but definitely not luxurious. The hotel is convenient to the major attractions of the area. At our check-in, we asked for adjacent rooms which they were able to provide. We should have asked for connecting rooms, since both of our rooms connected to others. We did have some difficulty with getting a key that worked, but the staff worked at it quickly. Breakfast was not so good, but again, you get what you pay for and there are several options in the area. They didn't seem to know what time they were supposed to open since the sign and the info at checkin were different.

“Satisfied for the price”

The Best Western Ramona suited our price range as we did not expect to spend much time at the hotel. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was ok although was located in the lobby with little room to eat. The hot tub was out-of-order and the location of the hotel was right off a main road, but within easy driving distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Cannery Row.
