“"Quiet, clean, and comfortable"”

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel and both times we have been extremely satisfied. It's conveniently located to area attractions. It is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with a good variety of foods. We plan to stay at this hotel EVERY time we visit Monterey, CA!

Room was very nice with lots of room and very clean. Elevators were fast littl waiting time. Courteous and friendly staff.

Very nice and clean. No bathtubs, but the shower was great. We had a little noise, as our room was the first one from the front desk, so we heard every person as they arrived. Next time I would as for a room at the end.

My family stays here whenever we visit our relatives in Monterey and it rocks. We've tried several other hotels on the same street and one around the block, and none of them compare. The staff is nice, the breakfast is useful, the location is perfect, and the rooms are reasonably priced. I look forward to ever visit.

Nice staff, front office quiet but somewhat knowledgeable. Large, clean rooms and bathroom. Excellent location due to convenient proximity to historic downtown, walking distance to fisherman's wharf. several minute drive to cannery row and aquarium. Good continental breakfast to start off the day. Nothing fancy..just simple and very practical for visitors to beautiful Monterey.

“Great Location”

There are several Best Westerns in Monterey, and this one was within walking distance to the Marina. The room was large and looked like it had been recently remodeled. Since we were traveling with kids, we appreciated the free continental breakfast, which had more variety than we expected. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel and a very reasonable price”

Stayed one night in late september 2007. Very confortable, clean and great location for walking to the main Monterey sights. The free breakfast was good too.

Very large room - better than average continental breakfast - served to you so not everyone is touching the food - centrally located - able to walk or drive short distance for resturants and shops
