“Great Experience”

This is the second time in a year and a half we have been back. I am not usually a fan of the food in the all -inclusive packages, but at the Ritz, the food was delicious and the service is always top notch.

Friendly staff beautiful suite great food. Can't wait to go back this was our 12th time at this Ritz. Love the White Witch Golf and the Jerk Chicken.

We were trying to decide between an all inclusive and staying at the Ritz. We took a taxi into Montego Bay and past a few of the other places we almost stayed and it just confirmed the Ritz was definitely the right choice. Everything about the Ritz was wonderful. The food was a bit pricy, but good. They are very service oriented - the staff went out of our way to make us feel special.

Service was great and actually more then I expected however Expedia didnt have me set up for the meals plans that I thought I paid for. Very disappointed about that but we managed being that the activites could be charged to the room account. This made every much simpler. Loved my trip and can't wait to return.

The staff and facilities was exceptional!!!! the Ritz Carlton is a beautiful resort and loved the spa services. This is a place to unwind from your busy life style and enjoy your fruits that you work hard for. The food is exceptional wouldn't change anything for it. If you would like something else the chef would make whatever you wanted to your taste and go beyond if he had to. The service was excellent me and my husband met some nice and pleasant staff members alone the way and the courtesy was extremely pleasant. We LOVED IT!!!!. The hotel is extremely clean and no bugs don't listen to the other blogs they don't what they were talking about. The person who stated different before i decided to book my trip was wrong! The people are nice the facilities was nice and clean and the food was exceptional. I would go back and bring a friend or to be with my husband again and would be like honeymooinig again. The only thing i didn't like the store at the rose hall didn't carry double a batteries and they charge so much to the travelers for things that are cheaper in the states. So whatever u do bring enough batteries for your camera and personal women products with u or u could be paying out of pocket.

“In love w/ the Ritz Carlton”

The Ritz Carlton was absolutely the best! My boyfriend and I received service that was out f this world. When we got to the airport we were able to check in right there so that when we got to the hotel all we had to do was drink the complimentary champagne and go straight to our rooms. The staff was very catering and helpful in every way possible. No question went unanswered. They always seemed to put our vacation worries at top priority and make away for them not to be problems. The restaurant staff, beach staff, and taxi service need to be commended as well. Thank you so much to a job well done!

The Ritz has always been a prestigious name in hospitality and this one lives us to its reputation. The service at this hotel is superb, the rooms and grounds are well-kept and the food was extremely good.

The staff would not let us lift a finger. We could've never left the property grounds and had fulfilling vacation. the food, pool, spa, etc. everything about this hotel was second to none!
