“Simple elegance”

The Hilton at Rose Hall was a beautiful property with a nice beach front, beautiful poolside, and a significant water park. We did not go with the all-inclusive option but I think next time I would as the food was significantly more expensive to purchase "as-you-go". In fact, I assume that the majority of guests take an all-inclusive option as service was not at all convenient for "pay-as-you-go'ers" (e.g. to pay for a drink at the bar we had to go to the concierge with the bartender to get change). I also felt that the food options were lacking during the day, but the dinner options more than made up for that. Rooms and beds were top notch. Walls were a bit thin though and I was woken a few mornings by a vacuum across the hall. Free wifi was only available in the lobby (there was a significant fee for in-room use, per device) and so as I mentioned before, there was often a lack of sufficient seating. Gym facilities were well kept with decent operating hours. I found it unfortunate though that the pool was closed after about 5pm each day. Great entertainment options and many activities to take part in for the whole family. I would love to return to the Hilton for a future trip to Jamaica.

“Would definitely make it Hilton Rose Hall again!!”

This was my first time at the Hilton Rose Hall and my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there. The entertainment was also very good and we tried not to miss any of the 'shows'.

“Amazing place for family vacations”

Rose Hall far exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and it wasn't fake like other resorts. The food was outstanding not like other typical all inclusive places where they serve the same boring food day after day, everything was fresh with great restaurant options. The rooms were super clean with great views. The gym was brand new - better than the equipment in my gym at home. The lazy river and water slides were a hit not only wiht the kids but adults too! Can't wait to go back next year...

“Very nice hotel”

My husband and I loved the waterpark. Good food and nightly entertainment. We stayed 4 nights and were dissappointed that we could only get a dinner reservation one night. The buffet was good, but the Three Palms restaurant was fabulous. Close to the airport (15 min taxi ride).

“wonderful getaway”

Great hotel, they make you feel like royalty, smiles all the way around. Staff is courteous, willing to please and often heard singing. Loved the spa Renesha who braided my daughter's hair and gave a great pedicure was my favorite. She was so personable and totally enjoyable. She has a great sense of humor and I hope she goes far in the Hilton. I think personally she deserves a promotion with a raise. Jennifer was our favorite housekeeper she always left us nice little notes. I loved the personal touch. The staff are all hard working and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The beach may not be the beach at Negril but you are never bothered by peddlers. Take a day trip to Negril and you'll have had enough. It really made me appreciate this resort. The food was excellent, if I would have stayed another week I would have weighed 300 pounds it was so good. I loved the one waiter we had who sang as he cleaned the tables. He had a beautiful voice. So many things made me love Jamaica but the biggest was the warmth of the staff at the Hilton. I shall miss them and thank you for the great service and warm smiles they will be cherished forever.

“Awesome Hotel, Great Wedding Service!”

We got married at the Hilton Rose Hall last week. It was amazing. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. There were many other weddings at the hotel over the course of the week. This however did not diminish the service we received. Our wedding co-ordinator was fantastic. The hotel was modern and very clean. The staff was extremely polite and responsive. The food was very very good, it had a good combination of American and local dishes such as Jerk chicken, jerk pork, ackee and salt fish, green bananas, plantain, escovitch fish, to name a few. The beach was just ok but everything else made up for it. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The waterpark and lazy river are great for children and adults. The restaurant Three Palms was also very good. Overall we had an awesome time. I am an extremely satisfied bride and customer.

“Looking forward to next year”

Wonderful hotel for families, waterpark was a hit with the kids. The nightly entertainment was kid friendly (campfire on the beach, crab races). The staff was amazing and the food was wonderful. We can't wait to go back.

“Excellent mid sized resort. Great beach. Below average pool. Good facilities. Superior service”

We had a blast. I am a father with a 14 and 16 year old who had a great time and were never bored. The service and personel were above average and the beach was wonderful. The food was really good. Highly recommended.

“Perfect Family vacation”

My soon to be fiance and I just returned from our stay at the Hilton last night, and I'm already going through withdrawal. He's originally born and raised in Jamaica, but this was his first time on any resort and loved it. Quote" Babes this is the best vacation ever, good idea". The bar tenders and him got along great, with the exception of them not having Squash to have with his rum drink, but they made up for it with all the rum he got. I unfortunately was unable to partake in the drinking as we are expecting our first child together, so next time for sure. We left the kids at home and had an amazing stay, and will definitely return. We are even considering having our wedding at the HIlton after our stay, and met with one of their wedding planners whom we received a lot of information from. I've been on many resorts and this is the first one I've been to with a water park as well, so it's also amazing if you have kids, which is why we're seriously considering this hotel for our destination wedding. The seaside Grill food is amazing, so our the waitresses, and waiters. Deval in the Italian restaurant is very handsome, and is also an amazing waiter. Denise at the gift shop is very attentive and very helpful. Overall there is no other word to describe our vacation other than perfect. I'm a clean freak, and the Hilton definitely exceeded all of my expectations.

“great service, not crowded”

this resort was fully booked during our stay but never overly crowded. the people were super friendly, great service overall. the food was fabulous, and the waterpark was really nice. a few things could use fixing in the hotel rooms themselves (iPod dock is a nice touch, but not if it doesn't work!) the only negative is that the hotel seems to overbook quite frequently, apparently bumping many guests to other nearby resorts. we were in a large group and managed to avoid it but heard plenty of horror stories about this annoyance.
