“Would definitely do it again.”

Although there was confusion with our arrival, once we were settled, we had a wonderful vacation. We were dismayed the the ATM didn't work 5 days out of the 7 we were there. That was very frustrating, and the cashier's desk never seemed able to break down large bills in to smaller ones for us. Even though everything was all inclusive, one likes the "comfort" of being to access cash. Liked the variety of restaurants offered. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. We had a great vacation & would definitely do it again.

“Pretty Awesome Place”

We just got back from our vacation May 17 and I have to say it was awesome. The place is extremely large and we stayed for 6 days and still didn't see everything they had. Tips: We found out the day before we were leaving you could call the carts to pick you up and take you where you needed to go. That helped out a lot but it was not advertised. Don't buy liquor from the hotel and expect to bring it back home with you. You won't be able to. You can buy from the airport once you pass through customs on your way home and it is CHEAPER. The only beach you can really swim at is Sunset Cove and it is on the Lady Hamiloton Side. Bombarded by people at the airport to leave a tip and figured the hotel would be the same.Everyone was super nice to us and I never felt pressured to leave a tip...but did a lot anyways because they deserved it. Like other reviews said...a dollar goes a long way. Never ate at the al carte because they wanted you to wear pants and it really was too hot to wear jeans. Buffets were good and different every night. Biggest complaint would be that it was warmer than we were used to in the hotel room. Cranking the AC up to have it cold will not happen but it is not overly unpleasant...just different. Fans in the room would have been nice to add an extra surge of cool air. Pictures are exactly what you get. It is very beautiful. And don't listen to those saying the drinks are watered down. They were always strong and great!

“Very Solid”

definitely a good choice for the price. staff is super friendly and makes sure you are tended too. the man made beach is the only thing that we werent crazy about. the shore is very rocky and makes it discouraging to swim in the ocean. other than that the water, sand and sun is perfect

“good times”

This hotel is very nice and big (lots of walking) but thats ok, because it's good to walk off all the eating and drinking you do. Nice variety of places to eat. We had something new every night. As for the swim up bar, you should bring a bigger drinking glass, Their cups are tiny, but the drink stayed cold the whole time, just had to order a couple at a time. Also with the pool, watch your feet. The pool did have tiles coming up. But it is a huge pool to keep up with and very beautiful. They were doing some updating with one of the restaurants, so some nights they rotated them in the same building, so not every night all your dinner options were available. They also were doing some updates to the lobby and landscaping, but you have to do that to keep the place looking nice. The bell boys with helpful getting you around in their carts. All in all, these were just little things in our book. We very much enjoyed our stay and the amenities. Jamaican's are just nice and helpful people. We would go back in a flash. Make sure you do Dunn's Fall!!

“escape into wonderland!”

i have travelled to jamaica over 26 times and this was definitely the best stay that i have ever experienced. the hotel staff was wonderful. the food was well prepared, well seasoned, and delicious. i especially liked the view overlooking the sea as i dined in the grill house. seven different restaurants! wow! the rooms were gorgeous with nice huge jacuzzi baths. i asked the reception for the first floor because my ankle was paining me at check in time. she was very accomodating and checked me in very quickly. you can use the atm on the first floor and receive real american money as opposed to the jamaican fluff that is all over the island. nice room attendant as well. most days, we did not leave our room until late, but she waited patiently and always decorated her bed with cute little characters. i was also very impressed with the fact that i could come home at 3 am and have someone ready to fix me hot fresh food. this place is awsome. you won't be disappointed.

“Loved this hotel”

The Grand Palladium, is just that "Grand". The resort is huge and very well maintained. There was always something to do and the service was amazing. Everyone from the cook to the maid to the gardener was very welcoming and friendly. The food was good and you had many options as there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. Definately take the day trip to Negril to Margaritaville and Rick's Cafe (beautiful beaches there). The best beach at the resort is the Sun Cove beach near the Posiden restaurant, the other beaches are a bit rocky. Overall, we had a great time, and had no regrets. The resort is simply beautiful and well worth the money.
