“Beautiful resort”
What a beautiful resort. We stayed the week of Valentines day and what a wonderful experience. I can not say enough about the wonderful people in Jamaica. We have stayed at Costa Rica, Mexico, Bahamas, Hawaii, Key West, California etc. and in all our travels this resort had everything a person could ask for. We can't wait to go back . This is our first visit to Jamaica but it won't be the last. It is full day trips to go to Bob Marley or Dunns River Falls but so worth it. You are only 35 minutes from Negril-Have to go to Margaritya Ville. The beach is spectacular and so are the drinks. The food at the hotel was amazing, to bad we didn't have enough time to try all of the restaurants. There is always food/drinks available 24 hours a day. At this hotel you can be as busy as you want or just relax. there is room everywhere to relax whether it be at the beaches or pools. Don't get me started about the SPA. What a wonderful experience. the only downside I had would be that we could not change our US$ Travellor cheques for US$ at the hotel. They would only change them into jamaican $. Best just to bring CASH. We will for sure be going back Can't wait.

“Loved this hotel”
The Grand Palladium, is just that "Grand". The resort is huge and very well maintained. There was always something to do and the service was amazing. Everyone from the cook to the maid to the gardener was very welcoming and friendly. The food was good and you had many options as there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. Definately take the day trip to Negril to Margaritaville and Rick's Cafe (beautiful beaches there). The best beach at the resort is the Sun Cove beach near the Posiden restaurant, the other beaches are a bit rocky. Overall, we had a great time, and had no regrets. The resort is simply beautiful and well worth the money.
“Fantastic!”
Beautiful complex. The food was fantastic, with choices for everyone. We never get service in Canada like that. The beach wasn't as long as some wanted, but I liked the cosy nature of the three they had. The first pool I've stayed at where you could actually swim for fitness. It is probably 100m around. It is about an hour from Montego Bay and Negril,so if every thing you want isn't there, it could be isolating. We rather liked the privacy.
“Beautiful!”
Truly relaxing and enjoyable.
“Fabulous Resort - would go back tomorrow”
This was our first trip to Jamaica and my husband and I were extremely impressed with the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort. From the moment we stepped off the bus at the impressive, open-air reception we were delighted with the resort itself and the service we received. Standing in a very short line to check in (one person in front of us), we were greeted with a rum punch while we waited for the few minutes it took to be served. From the moment we checked-in we had an absolutely fantastic time. The room was lovely - very spacious, extremely clean, wonderful furnishings, spacous bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The hotels' seven a la carte restaurants were terrific - no reservations needed. If we had to wait (longest was about 10 minutes), we were thoroughly entertained by the tentative barmen - hillarious, courteous and friendly. The quality and quantity of food was excellent and the drinks were all high quality and never stopped, Maintenance of the resort, including the pools, gardens, rooms, beaches, etc. was of a very high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and we look forward to staying here again soon.
“Can't wait to go back”
This was our 4th visit to Jamaica for my husband and I, this hotel was by far the best! This was our children's first time to Jamaica and they loved it. Great service, great food, awesome drinks, Big thanks goes out to the bar staff Lawrence(a.k.a.Roy), Gillian, Duwain just to name a few. The entertainment crew were amazing thanks to all especially 007 & Happy Feet. We miss everyone and hope to be back soon. We unfortunately did not have an opportunity to swim in the main pool(drag),the construction workers were working hard to get it up and running. This resort is extremely safe, which is #1 when your travelling with children. It was exactly like the pictures. Cathy and Ed from Canada eh!
“We planned to go back even before we left!”
We ate at the Creole (biggest yum!), Mexican, Italian, Asian, Steakhouse, one buffet, jerk hut, & sports bar. Bring big cups with lids to carry drinks all over - we did. Rum punch & daquiris-yum! Property huge-we walked everywhere. Worked out in gym each day (decently equipped) & ate & drank more than usual & neither of us gained weight. Golf carts will drive you around property if it's too far for you. Room is a good size, huge tub, huge marble shower. We had to ask for towels for room a few times but then we realized the maids only clean & pick up dirty towels. Someone else brings new towels later. Spent most evenings at outdoor Reggae bar above main pool...good band(s), dancers sometimes & just friendly fun-loving, relaxed. We found GP it fun, relaxing, entertaining, romantic, friendly, welcoming & as active as we did or didn't want it to be. Staff were AMAZING in every way, except perhaps for those in the stores who were a tad less outgoing. But ALL service staff were wonderful. You NEED to go to the Grand Palladium. If you're not buying souveniers, you really don't need ANY cash at all. Of course, bringing some singles and $5's for tips (even though gratuities are included) is what we recommend. None of the staff seemed to expect it (we didn't tip everyone...just too many workers), but they definitely earn it & a $1 tip at the bar can get you fast service next time around. Lots of activities for all ages...we want to bring our children ages 11-18 next Spring.
“Can't wait to go back!”
I loved this resort. it was so beautiful and looked like a tropical palace. The food was great. The people were friendly. My only complaint is that there were little frogs that peeped outside the villas at night and kept us up a few times but you can't blame the hotel for the wildlife. Besides I am a big reptile/amphibian lover so i forgave the frogs too! Can't wait to go back!
“Great resort”
Went to Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton in November 2009 and it was a great trip. Food was excellent in the restaurants ( we had buffet only for breakfast), staff was courteous and helpful. We had a suite and the room was very confortable. Big washrooms with hot tub & shower. The beaches are not the most beautiful ones as there is a lot of rocks but there is plenty of pools. For a relaxing vacation with your loved one, that place is great.
