Reveillon no Cabeça de Boi
Passei o Reveillon no Hotel Fazenda Cabeça de Boi e gostaria de destacar o atendimento de todos os funcionários do hotel e a política de refeição inclusas. Funcionários muito atenciosas e comida farta e deliciosa, com bebidas inclusas, incluído noites e pratos temáticas como fondue, truta, risoto. Passeio de trenzinho pela cidade e atividades divididas por idade todos os dias. No dia de Ano Novo, ceia caprichada e cerimônia de lançamento de balões. Ponto de melhoria: o hotel é muito grande e antigo e precisa de uma revitalização urgente das instalações, principalmente da área da piscina, boliche, arco e flecha. As áreas externas possuem muitas escadas e rampas e são descobertas, então fique atento com a distância entre a sua acomodação e a sede.

O hotel é incrivel, os funcionarios são maravilhosos, super atenciosos e educados, a comida é ótima, tem bastante variedade e a comida é muito bem feita, café da manha e café da tarde tem ótimas opções de pães caseiros, pão de queijo, queijos e doces, o café é sensacional, atividades diarias, os 'tios' da recreação são otimos e super animam a viagem, existem competições entre os hospedes valendo brinde, participem! kkkk O passeio de trator para conhecer pontos da cidade também super valem a pena, com certeza voltarei, a unica coisa que eu não gostei muito foi pq em um dos dias da minha estadia faltou energia, entendo que a culpa não é do hotel pois estava tendo troca de postes na rua, porem, ficamos quase 6 horas sem energia eletrica e chovendo, logo as atividades não deram pra ser realizadas como boliche e tal... mas super vale a pena, com certeza voltarei!

Vamos começar com o Check in que era as 15h eu fiquei 1 hora esperando para limparem meu quarto (chalé Sabiá 33), porque a hóspede anterior deixou o quarto tarde demais… estava com bebê pequeno, e fiquei com meu esposo e filho passando um frio horrível na recepção. Pedi um chalé com boa acessibilidade, já que operei a perna. Me deram um chalé com mais de 20 degraus de descida horrível. (Chalé 33). O chalé antigo, velho, escuro, sem lâmpadas no teto, porta da sacada quebrada, com buraco (tive que tampar com papel higiênico), o colchão duro como pedra, duas camas de solteiro unidas… Ralo do Box entupido, tomávamos banho e enxarcava o banheiro todo, toalhas de banho, rosto e piso pareciam pano de chão de tão velhos, cobertores rasgados, roupas de cama velhas, eles guardam essas rouparias em locais abertos, com um portão aberto, o local cheio de insetos, plantas e sapos nelas. Foram as 3 piores noites da minha vida. Minha coluna e do meu esposo estão destruídas. Uma ignorância, porque era só fazer uma rampa ligando os chalés na passagem que tem logo abaixo para você se locomover sem escadas. Os copos e talheres um nojo de sujeira, tudo grudado, marcas de batom, comida oleosa, carne dura, macarrão crú, um absurdo! Era preferível cobrar pelas bebidas, e arrumar melhor o hotel. Tem que orar pra não sair da piscina e não pegar uma pneumonia, de tão mal feito as passagens até os chalés. Hotel mal projetado, todo escuro, difícil de enxergar qualquer coisa! Não recomendo, péssimo!

Atualização e reforma urgente
O hotel necessita de uma atualização, embora tenha feita melhoria com a transferência do restaurante para um novo local mais agradável. As demais dependências estão defasadas. No chalé em que fiquei, o banheiro estava péssimo, o quarto com pouca iluminação e falta de mais tomadas.
