The staff did not seem to wanna help if you asked for directions on were to go or park and they said they didn’t have my lift ticket available for me but the day I checked out that magically had it after it was no good to me anymore and I had already bought a new two day lift ticket

Hi, We are sorry to here that you add a bad experience. Our staff must provide directions at your checkin or when you ask them. Concerning your lift tickets, Tremblant deliver them everyday at our hotel and we store them all in the same box, unfortunatelly some delays can happen but you can reprint them for free at Tremblant's Base Camp with your reservation number. We take good note of your return, thank you

I booked my reservation through Expedia and cancelled it a couple days before arrival. I was told at that time I could get a partial refund or ask for a complete refund. Because I asked for a full refund, they will no longer honor the partial refund even though it stated I was eligible for it. I am completely disappointed in Expedia and this property and how I was misled in my refund. I recommend you not use Expedia or make a reservation with this property.

Great hotel location and staff service. Very friendly and kind. However, the rug in the room needs a shampoo because it smells, and bathroom is somewhat outdated. Sofa is ripped. Otherwise, we had a great, very nice and smooth stay with them!

Bonjourthank you for your comments. We as a Residence Inn do not have toast anymore. The standard is bagels and english muffins. We have to be the same in all the hotels.

Loved the ski-in, walk-out location in the Village, and the outdoor hot tubs! Hotel is dated but still has all amenities required.

Heating system inside the room uses pulsed air. It’s like having a diesel engine running all night next to you. Should upgrade outdated equipment. But overall, nice service and plenty to do in the area.

Disappointing
Booked 2 rooms, both double beds. One room had a very awkward layout, room had strange angles and furniture was poorly placed. Shower had some mold and needed a good scrubbing. Breakfast was chaos and food was all very low quality: heated eggo style waffles, tater tots, “omelets” all commercial made. They should have had more pastries, whenever they brought the few baked goods out, they were ransacked within seconds. It didn’t feel like a Marriot branded hotel. Disappointing. ☹️

Motel 6 with Ritz Carlton prices Should be ashamed to charge what they do No utensils at breakfast bar, people picking up bacon and putting back with their are hands. Totally disgusting and disgraceful Sofa completely ripped up in our room, looked like a college frat house. Will never stay at a Marriott again!
