“A good bargain if you just need a place to sleep”

This hotel is right on the highway -- not actually in any of the 3 Mont-Tremblant communities (St Jovite, Mont-Tremblant Village, or Mont-Tremblant resort). As such it is somewhat isolated on a bland stretch of highway surrounded by industrial/commercial buildings. However, it is about halfway between the entrances to the 2 southern parts of Mont-Tremblant (Quebec) Park, so is a good place to stay if visiting those parts of the park is your goal. A great value for that purpose.

“Travelling to Val d'Or”

If you are looking for a clean room, close to the highway for a short stay, this is what you will get. Also a short drive to/from St Jovite, Mont Trembant.

“It is what it is if you only need a place to sleep”

Advertised as having free WiFi, but the farther you are from the main office, the weaker the signal, and at the farthest room, can't even get the signal. No hairdryer. But if all you need is a place to sleep, it's good enough for the price, and it's in a convenient location off the highway close to downtown Tremblant and the ski resort.
