Rooms are clean and friendly staff. Sewer smell when fan was turned on inside bedroom.. maybe it was just our room. Otherthan that good experience overall. Not sure if it was error on expedia... but we paid extra for breakfast when booking, and found out breakfast is included for all guests staying in the hotel.. We didn't ask for a refund as we didn't want to ruin our staying..

First trip the Mont-Tremblant, this hotel is 5 minutes away from the Mont-tremblant village. I liked the fact that is was secluded. Nice room with full kitchen 2 bathrooms, living room and a separate bedroom, a nice balcony as well. Nice staff and easy check in and out.

I will not stay there again

Posted 10-Jul-2015
Pros: location
Cons: hot tub, staff training, management oversight
Location: downhill and cross country skiing; Old Tremblant restaurants; St Jovite restaurants
Checked out around 11:00am, remembered clothes left in the room; returned to pick up around 2:00pm; room had been cleaned, clothes stolen, no action taken by management

Nice installations

Posted 9-Jul-2015
Pros: Really nice installations and friendly staff.
Cons: Clean the grout of the showers and make sure the fireplace have batteries. Also if I a guest wants extra pillows don't be so hesitant in providing.
Location: Mount Tremblant - The mountain is 5 minutes driving distance. Lots of activities at the Mountain, even music festivals.
It was my first visit to Mont Tremblant, QC, I choose this hotel because of other reviews, breakfast and parking included. The hotel is beautiful, good installations and mostly friendly staff. I stayed in a one bedroom suite, from my point of view, big enough for a maximum of 5 people, once you open the murphy bed, and sofa bed, there is literally no space to move around, the murphy bed was comfortable but the sofa bed really uncomfortable. The room was mostly very clean, it has two bathrooms one with a tub (impecable) and one with a small shower that gets very slippery when hair conditioner falls and the grout between the tiles is either old or with some mold, you dont have to pay for parking at the hotel, but if you drive to the mountain you do almost as much as you have to pay if you stayed in a hotel at the mountain, if you prefer, they have a valet that takes you to the mountain ( of course is free, but is reasonable to tip ). Breakfast is good, you have to take it to your room and can enjoy it in the balcony...it is actually nice), they have a waffle maker where you can prepare your waffle in about 2 minutes. The breakfast area was never crowded and included boiled eggs, yougurt, fruit, cheese, all kinds of breads and muffins, a good coffee machine to choose any cooffe you want. Pools where nice and clean, I give this hotel 4 stars; but next time I go to Mont Tremblant I will prefer to stay in one at the Mountain. This one is about 5 minutes driving distance.

Overall very nice stay. Thought this would be a little more of a private / romantic place to stay, but it was all families. Not much privacy

Great Hotel for Families

Posted 5-Jul-2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: Tell the lifeguard where the towels are, we were told at the front desk at check in to ask them for new ones, but when we asked she had no clue.
Location: There is a tourist town nearby, free ride up the hill, and lots of food and shops to visit there.
We went with a family of 6 and all fit with ease in the suites. The outside pool was great for the kids, clean and large, with a lifeguard watching over them. Very ritzy hotel, not cheap, but spoiled other hotels for us. Everything was fantastic except one weird thing, the chamber maid only cleaned out the garbage and left some towels, and didn't make the beds or anything else (left the used towels). It seemed like half a job, maybe our fault somehow, not sure if we had to ask for the whole clean up? Didn't at all change things since we really didn't need that. The breakfast/brunch was amazing. Our kids got up at 7:00 and went for breakfast, then just before 11:00 went for lunch, and it was quite a spread. They had luggage trolleys to bring everything up and down, valet parking, and friendly staff. They provided hypoallergenic bedding for my son, and a playpen for my daughter, and eagerly ran them up asap when we asked. This place was a true vacation, close to the tourist area, but enough at the hotel to keep everyone happy. Gym looked nice, laundry on each floor, and vending machines for late night snacks. The sushi was really good, not cheap, but fresh and presented like art.
