Excellent Hotel and great location.

Posted 15-Oct-2014
Location: Great Location to enjoy outdoor activities, during our visit we went hiking in Mt-Tremblant!
Hotel was very pleasant. We arrived on a busy week-end (long holiday) and the hotel was fully booked. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. We made two services calls during our stay and had a response within 10 minutes.

Nice place

Very nice place. All the confort of a 5 stars hotel. The only thing is that the WIFI was working on and off and the staff didn't seems to care.

Excellent facilities

Posted 11-Oct-2014
Pros: It's location and the overall service provided by this hotel.
Location: Great walking trails by the lake. Close to Mont Tremblant with a shuttle service made available by the hotel.
Hotel was everything and more than we expected. Our 2 bedroom suite was extremely comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. The suite was clean, staff were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff!

Posted 7-Oct-2014
Pros: Beautiful grounds, clean, excellent service and staff, close to Tremblant but still feels like a country inn. Great foozball!
Cons: Maybe more channels on the tv....?
Location: The hotel is just outside of Mont Tremblant - so nice and quite but close to the action. The shuttle service was very handy.
We stayed one night to celebrate a 50th birthday for our really old friend - I mean really old! Our room was beautiful - maybe the best bed I've ever slept in. The lovely lady at reception secured our dinner reservations (even though no one answered the phone at the restaurant, she kept trying!)...and then, when the hotel shuttle was delayed with another client, she drove us to the restaurant herself so we wouldn't be late!!! I wish I got her name - lovely red hair - she shared stories of Mont Tremblant on the ride and was great fun. The bartender in the scotch bar was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a great visit. We chose this hotel based on Expedia reviews and were not disappointed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Charming and very comfortable hotel

Posted 7-Oct-2014
Great location near the amazingly beautiful "Devil River" and some of the best golf courses in the area. A shuttle will take you to center of Mont Tremblant in about 5 minutes Nice setting of the hotel on the shore of a beautiful small lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The rooms are very spacious you even have 2 bathrooms. Compared to other hotels we staid in the area it is the best.

From the moment we have arrived at the Chateau Beouvallon we felt as we were at home. Very friendly staff. Hotel and room cleanliness, unbelievable! Special thanks to the manager for allowing us to extend our stay at amazing price. Merci beaucoup. My wife, our two year old son and myself will definitely return next fall.

Consistency

This place is always the same. Except it no longer has a resto that serves breakfast. Only a crappy self-serve (free mind you) coffee, fruit and cellophane wrapped muffins...

Quiet retreat.

Posted 25-Aug-2014
Pros: Historical feel, not a chain. Nice service.
Cons: Maybe a more full breakfast option.
Location: 4 km from ski village, about 10 km from downtown Mt. Tremblant. Near to golf and some hiking/biking.
Hotel had resort-like feel. Nice outdoor pool. Indoor pool so-so. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet (compared to stay in the ski village which had noise outside almost all night). Restaurant excellent for evening meals. Free muffins and fruit in the morning. Easy shuttle to ski village, a better option than paying to park your car...Also near to some hiking/biking trails and golf.
