“The Rock hard bed Hotel”

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and really enjoyed it. However this time we had a room on the second floor and found that the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were small and way too soft. there was only one pillow per person and no option as to preference, firm or soft. Are these newer beds or maybe less frequently used rooms??? Whatever the issue, we probably will select other accomodations the next time we visit Moncton/Dieppe.

“Beds too Hard!!”

Actually this was a nice, modern, clean, fairly new hotel. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable, way too hard, even the kids complained and they can sleep on anything! Our room was very clean, but a bit on the small side. The breakfast was nice and sufficient for our needs. The pool in the hotel was so over chlorinated that even sitting in the pool area had our eyes burning from the chlorine. Our boys enjoyed it, it has a very fun water slide, but didn't enjoy the burning in their eyes when they were trying to go to sleep later.

“Beautiful pool (too cold to enjoy)”

Nice hotel, pool was even too cold for the kids. Coldest in-door pool I ever saw. Hot tub barely warm. I couldn't regulate the temp in my room and was up half the night trying to set it. Too hot, too cold too hot, too cold.... Oh, yeah, toilet paper roll was empty and had to call front desk (i hate that) But they were very quick to bring it.

“It is what it is.”

Hotel was fine. Kids (and adults) loved the pool and waterslide. Waterslide not mentioned in description. Waterwas yellow?? For a newer hotel, starting to age already, with cracks in paint and carpet lifting. breakfast has very basic and falling behind competitors. Okay spot if you get a good deal.

“Ok for an overnight stay”

We booked this hotel for a very short overnight stay. Checked in very late at night and it was great that they held the room for us because we booked with a credit card. There is a $100.00 deposit required upon check in, that we didn't know about, you do get it back when you check out as long as the room is still in good condition. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the shower is great after a long day of driving. It is right off of the highway and I noticed quite a bit of traffic noise, as we had a room at the front of the hotel, facing the road. All in all it was ok for an overnight stay but I wouldn't stay there for a weekend getaway, or anything longer.

“It is okay”

Not really what I was expecting the big attraction is the water slide for the kids, not a very big pool. The rooms were clean but the floors needed more attention. The beds were not comfortable at all, spent two sleepless nights.

“Very underwhelmed”

We chose this hotel to stay for a couple nights on our first anniversary. We found the hotel has very little accomodations suitable for our needs. We chose a "King Suite" assuming that it would be a larger room than normal and we would at least have a place to sit and watch TV. The room was barely big enough to fit the king sized bed. You cannot rent movies, the TVs have only basic cable. There is no restaurant or room service. The pool is very small and overrun by screaming children. (It was basically inaccessible to us our entire stay) We would have been much happier at the Delta, which wouldn't have cost us much more. The Delta's basic room is much, much more than the super 8's. Upgraded rooms. Will never book super 8 again unless it's simply to sleep and leave.

“"Not what I expected"”

Bed very hard, Small freezer in room so noisey had to unplug it. Elevators location in building good for only a few handy that spot. Was informed when confirming room that we were getting a room for the handicap (bathroom) and that was all that was available.
