Good choice.Posted 20-Jul-2014
Pros: Quiet and convenient. Nice room and pleasant staff.
Cons: Hotel was fine.
Location: Location is convenient. We were in the Moncton area visiting friends and this hotel met our needs.
This was a nice clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, Location was excellent and although it was near everything, our room was located near the rear overlooking a wooded area - very quiet.

Great Staff, Nice HotelPosted 14-Jul-2014
Cons: bathroom and beds are a priority
Location: If going into Moncton? its not out of the way maybe 5-10 min.
Great Staff, nice hotel close to everything. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, although we all know that the tub could be stained but the shower curtain was either dirty or stained could have been changed and the corner of the floor was dirty and full of past guest hair. By saying that the rest of the room seemed to be clean.

Good stop-over hotelPosted 14-Jul-2014
Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable. the fridge and microwave came in handy
Cons: Ice machine was broken
This was a 3 night stop-over for us. The room was nice. We got a fridge and a microwave which came in handy. The bed was comfortable. There is a pool downstairs but always packed with kids so we didn't bother with that. Staff were friendly.

First, when I prebook the room online, I asked for a crib and I also called the motel to make sure there was one available. When I got there the next day a little late with the baby, there was no crib in the room so I called to ask for one, they told me to wait few minutes and after at least 15, my friend went to the front desk to ask again and the clerk was in a conversation with someone and forgot about the crib. When she finaly brought one, didn t offer any help for instaling the crib and with no blankets for it I had to called back and wait again, so all took around an hour and the baby was over tired. Plus that, there was a big toe nail on the floor and a long hair in the shower.

Got wrong room key/room on checkin and scared the hell out of some poor lady when our family of 4 barged into her room as she was coming out of the bathroom. Hair dryer in room would shut off sporadically for no apparent reason. On the plus side, our night was very quiet and the breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, juice, fruit, yogourt etc) was great.

Dear Guest, I would like to take this opportunity to explain that the $100 that is required upon time of check in is for incidental purposes such as long distance phone call charges that might be incurred during your stay. Upon time of check in, this is put as a hold only and not a charge on your credit card. At check out, we only process the actual total amount of you stay at which time the remainder of the unused hold is released. If you prefer to pay with a debit card or cash, we do require $100 which is applied to your account and again the remainder of the unused amount is returned to you upon check out. This policy is in place in order for us to receive payment for services used throughout your stay seeing that some guests may forget to stop by the front desk to pay their outstanding balance. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again to our hotel. Have a wonderful summer! Sincerely, Parise LaFrance General Manager

What we expected for the pricePosted 26-May-2014
Pros: The kids really enjoyed the pool.
Cons: Modernize the interior a bit.
Location: The location was next to some fast food restaurants but not in the busy city - worked for us.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were travelling with a group of middle school boys and girls and they liked the pool. The location was easy to get to, hotel staff was fine.

Great location for this area.Posted 19-May-2014
Pros: Cleanliness. It was VERY clean, something that is very important to me.
Cons: Softer mattresses - the edges on ours cut off the circulation in our legs if we sat on them.
Location: Easy to find, and easy to get to the shops we wanted to visit.
This was our first stay at a Super 8, and we were generally very pleased. The check-in was quick and easily handled by a very pleasant receptionist. The room itself was a bit tight, but was well equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, iron with board, hair dryer and coffee maker. The heating/cooling system was easy to operate and adjust to our personal preferences. We had a quiet night, and good breakfast in the morning. On the negative side, it would have been nice to have the handicapped parking closer to the doors, as walking is a slight problem, but I don’t believe the design of the property allowed for it. There were trolleys available to help with the luggage, but were both in use when we checked out, so it meant a couple trips to the car to complete. The pool looked inviting, but with so many children onsite, it was impossible to take advantage of it and have a swim. Maybe a 9:30 curfew on children would be nice so the adults can have an hour to actually swim too. We found the mattresses to be very hard, and my mother and I both awoke with sore legs from sleeping and sitting on them. The only other thing is minor – bacon would be nice at breakfast for those of us who don’t like sausage patties – this is Canada afterall. Overall though, and even with what I would say are minor complaints, I’d say we were very pleased and would certainly consider staying there again. It’s easy to find, has direct routes in and out of town, and despite its proximity to the air

Nice hotel for the price.Posted 18-May-2014
We were happy overall with our stay. Bedding had reciepts stuck in them from the prior people and we had to go out for breakfast as everything was out at 8:30 when we went to eat.
