“Downtown Location”

This is an older property in downtown Moncton, right next to tidal bore park. All rooms were refurbished this year. Continental breakfast is quite good. This is a very nice place and the staff is excellent.

“Rodd will be nicer when Renovations are complete.”

It would have been nice to know that it is under renovation.

“Reasonably Priced”

Reasonably priced, clean hotel downtown. Nothing fancy, but clean rooms and nice complimentary breakfast buffet that is superior to the average one.

“Good quality for the price”

The room was small but efficient. All a person would need for an overnight or a couple of days. The room we were in was quiet enough except for the heater making a little bit of noice but those types are known for that. The bed was very comfortalbe and the staff extremely pleasant. Got a great deal through Expedia.ca. I would recommend this hotel to others.

“Decent place.”

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Not a new hotel but well kept. Free continental breakfast is good. Parking a bit cramped.

“Sonia”

I stayed in this hotel last year and they have made substantial changes. I was disappointed that the gym was not open yet but there is a trail right behind the hotel along the water. Hot breakfast is served in the newly renovated breakfast area. Conveniently located not too far from the airport, not too far from the Université de Moncton and on Main street. The staff is always very helpful. Competitive prices.

“Bien située”

l'hotel est confortable, très propre et bien situé dans la ville de Moncton.Personnel bilingue. Cependant il manque d'espace de rangement dans la salle de bain qui est petite avec un tout petit comptoir, ce serait pratique d'avoir plus d'espace. Aussi, nous n'avions pas de frigo dans la chambre, ce qui se serait avéré très pratique pour nous. Nous avons apprécié d'être tout près de la piste cyclable

“Confused but friendly staff”

When we checked in, they checked us into an unmade room, back downstairs to the desk. We changed rooms, and then 3 hours later got a phone call stating that we had to change rooms because they were doing maintenance and our room would soon have no power. Back down to the desk. Up to the new room with some of our stuff, down to our old room to get the rest of our stuff....we were keyed out of our old room. Back down to the desk. Got back into the old room, went to the new room, keyed out of our new room...back down to the desk. Once that was finally settled, things were fine. Breakfast was quite nice, place was clean, etc.

“Disappointed”

We were disappointed because we were put in the old part of the motel. The room itself, was what I would call dingy; not very welcoming. The carpet in the room was extremely stained. There was no ventilation system in the bathroom, but the shower was great. We were pleased our stay was only one night. The TV had only a few English channels. Wish we had something better to report.
