Enjoyed the hot tub and pool facilities - you must request an access card from the front desk to use these facilities. Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, and dogs welcome.

The staff were very nice/helpful But the internet was very poor couldnt even login to my email. Pool was too cold and while sitting in the hot tub if someone jumped into the pool it would splash you in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok no bacon and very little choices. Room was average but the door handle to the washroom fell apart so you couldn't close the door properly. Stayed over easter break whoch ended up being a girls hockey tournament and had our door knocked on multiple times a night until we scared them away.

Needs a bit of an update!’ Clean and convenient location!! Interesting bathroom door!! Had a good stay although price was $182 because of April Wine concert!! Not worth that price but no other hotels handy that had any rooms available!!

The T.V. and cable were horrible (kept cutting out) and the Internet kept cutting out. We were there to watch a stream of a tournament and we missed half of it.

Overall, a great stay! Checkin was quick and easy, front desk worker explained everything. Food at little restaurant was good and pool was clean. Room was cozy and clean! Thanks for a great stay, will be back !

Pool area should have a change area or at least alert you that there is no change area. The cable attachment to TV was not attached basically I was left to my own devices to figure that out even though I called front desk to see why it wouldn`t work. They did offer to move me but I figured it out. Breakfast was good.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. In the morning before checkout, we did a trip to bring a couple of bags to the car. When we came back to the room about 5minutes later the cleaning lady was in our room throwing our stuff away in the garbage. Her response was oh sorry i didn't think you where coming back. As if we would of leave with half our baggage left in the room. They should not touch or even enter the room before poeple checkout. Verry disapointed.
