price was very reasonable curtains partly missing, latch-lock on bathroom door not working, frame around bathroom door gouged. the unit was comfortable but much in need of an upgrading would liked to have hand towels

Fridge was leaking water, told staff and was told to clean it myself, no one came to check it. There was a kid and an adult playin baseball by the vehicles and the door to the hotel. The bathroom door scrapped the floor every time you opened it and it was very loud The room was too hot, temperature did not seem to go down. Outlets were loose when trying to plug in my phone charger . Tv is very small and remote never worked.

Broken glass in parking lot burnt pieces of wood on the grass garbage everywhere smelled like an Indian sweat shack. Staff is untrained and unhelpful pool was closed I rate this place a -10

We stayed in the room with the jaccuzzi and it was great. Very relaxing. There was glass that was in the parking lot that should have been cleaned up. Overall i would definitely stay again. I was upset that the pool wasnt opened. I was looking forward to a nice swim but the jaccuzzi made up for it.

Property s old and there’s room for improvement in some of thefurnishings - functional but worn looking. We slept well and liked the staff. Best of all was the Hurry Curry restaurant on the premises. We didn’t have to go to a franchise and the food was excellent. Excellent shower. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The room bed was dirty and full of hairs, the tv was broke and there were practically no towels in the room. Also the chairs in the room were very wobbly and made me scared they would break.

WARNING! Do Not stay here! We did not have high expectations, but even those moderate ones were quashed. Our first hotel had a power outage and we had to book something late in the evening. A pool was our only real ask as we were travelling with kids. We arrived late and very tired. The floors were dirty, there was hair on the floors dust and dirt, the two chairs were heavily stained, rip in the curtain, the TV did not work, the bed sheets were stained, and this was the first time I was worried about bed bugs in my life. We just needs to get through the night, perhaps the pool would be good and the kids would have fun. I called the desk in the morning and asked when it opened, the response was that it was under maintenance and would not be opened for several days. We got up and packed the car, I asked for the second night we were supposed to stay to be returned as they did not have the amenities advertised, they refused and we left and found another place to stay. The worst place I have ever stayed by far.

Didn't like anything. Had to change room. The other room was dirty, had hair in beds, no plug tto hold water in the bath, walls were dirty, found an earring with some cheerios in the corner . Suppsed to be non smoking but had a bad smell in the room. Had to call to have towels. The guy brought a plug for the bath that didn't fit in there. Don't go to this hotel!! Invest a little more money somewhere helse. Wish someone would have warned me like I'm doing for you...

There was suppose to be a pool and it was closed 😕 the place was dirty looking. Rooms were dirty and scruffy not cleaned well. Breakfast was a joke my daughter tried to get juice and 3 times black stuff came out of the spout and coffee was old no cups and premaid toast that was cold. Not one person was down for the breakfast.

The property is aged and looks its age. The clerk asked if we wanted to see our room but it was aged and wasn't satisfactory for us to stay in. She called the manager and she upgraded us to another room. This room had been renovated and was clean with lamknate floors. So much better. However we had asked for a king size bed but it was two queens. They had breakfast but it was limited to cereal, juice and toast and condiments. They advertised a pool but when I asked it wasn't working. I gave a rating of 3 based on the room we stayed in with hope they were working at redoing the whole hotel.

Bed bugs and rat infestation, bird in the air conditioner, hair and spots on the bedding and pillows, and more... this place is unfit to accommodate anyone hospitably, and should be removed as an option from Expedia's site. I'm working with Expedia on getting a refund.

Was not impressed when I tried to check in to a prepaid room. They insisted on a damage deposit to a room that was dirty, heating register moldy/dusty,bathtub not draining,plus more. Too tired to argue after working 15 hrs just wanted to go to bed. Stayed Monday night,tues night,checked out Wednesday afternoon,during work hours to a cleaner spot. Requested refund.Still waiting for information.I took pictures when I checked in, for 2 days felt like I should of slept in my car. Dirty,dirty,dirty

Went down to the pool after we checked in and the vacuum was in the pool so said he would call us whe. It was done came back from going to get some supper and the pool was looked. Asked at the front seat how to get into the pool since it’s open 9am -9pm they told me the pool was closed for the night. I have a blind Girlfriend and the steps were full of snow and ice parking spaces were lot cleaned out. Brought my 7 year old son for march break the only thing he wanted was to go to a hotel with a pool. I’ll never book at this hotel again. Should get a full refund back.

Despite booking our room three weeks in advance, upon arrival at 6pm, our room wasn't ready. After a 15-minute wait, we were given a filthy room with dirt smears on the walls and what appeared to be blood stains. The blinds and curtains were broken, and to top it off, there was no couch despite booking a room for five people. When we addressed this at the front desk, the staff denied any knowledge of our booking details, despite the paperwork I signed clearly indicating otherwise. Blaming Expedia, they reluctantly promised to find a solution. After another 20-minute wait, we were directed to a room in a different building, accessed via hazardous, snow-covered stairs. This room had two beds and a couch, but our disappointment continued as we discovered evidence of bed bugs and pubic hair in the bed. Disgusted, we promptly left, only to find out later that we were not refunded for our nightmarish experience. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
