The hotel is conveniently located to the highway, well kept and clean. The staff was very helpful. Great breakfast and good size room. Would gladly say there again!

we found this hotel to be a very pleasurable experience and would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends as a destination to stay at when travelling or visiting the city of Moncton. Close to Magic Mountain for the children and within a five (5) drive to the shopping districts located in and around Moncton. Friendly and very courtious staff supporting large spacious rooms, a traveller could not want anymore, very affordable, excellent buffet breakfast................A very nice experience for all age groups.

“Not Very Clean”

Upon checking in we found that our bathroom hadn't been cleaned and was still dirty. The front desk staff were great and immediately moved us to another room on the same floor - great service! However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. It's "surface" clean - it looks clean at first glance but when you really look it's obvious it was a quick cleaning job. Corners of the room were dirty, corners in the bath tub were dirty, lamps were dusty etc. It's obviously a family hotel - lots of young families there for the large pool. If you don't want to hear children running down the hallway, seeing them in bathing suits in the main lobby and hearing them as the sound proofing between rooms isn't great - then stay somewhere else. Bathrooms are looking run down - it desperately needs updating.

“2 Minutes from Magnetic Hill & Magic Mountain”

Nice hotel. Rooms clean and the kids really enjoyed the outdoor playground and the indoor pool! We all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (it wasn't just a continental breakfast either) - excellent cinnamon buns & fluffy eggs!

“Very Impressived”

I was travelling with my Mother who is 84 years old and uses a cane. The room assigned to us was on the upper level and would be difficult for my mother to access via the stairs. I expressed my concern and was extremely pleased with the attention that was provided to us by staff supervisor Patricia who not only assured us that our accomodations could be changed a room on the 1st floor but also assisted us with our luggage. The room was clean and large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had the best seating and the best selection of food items I had ever experienced in the hospitality industry. Our overnight stay was exceptional because of the quality of the room and services provided and most especially the attentiveness of the hotel staff supervisor named Patricia. We will most definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was very pleasant and we were easily accomodated when we arrived early. Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable!

“Family Friendly and Fast Service!”

The hotel is a great location, close to everything downtown. Staff is helpful with directions and recommendations for great kid friendly places to eat. Nice and clean and alwyas fresh coffee and cookies in the lobby! Get the room with Valet parking included as parking is $18/day othewise. The Valets were fast and friendly too! The rooms are large enough to offer a famliy of 6, 2 adults and 4 young kids, room to have quiet and space. The beds are comfy. The little fridge, microwave and sink make having a simple meal in the room easy and comfortable-great for the kids when they were tired. Our fridge did not work great, so called the front desk, they had it replaced within 1 hour- the service was great. Only comment would be the pool, sauna and hot tub were a a bit small for the people wanting to use it and it was always busy- good sign I guess. I will return here again and tell others about it, it was a great place to call home for a week.
