“Quality hotel with quaility staff.”

Often stay at hotel for business. Conference staff are outstanding. Rooms are a good size and food is excellent.

“Would definitely stay again”

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We like the location. The room was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable. It's a great bargain.

“Nice hotel but accessibility is an issue”

This Hotel was renovated a few years ago so the rooms and reception are quite attractive. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately accessing reception from the main entrance or the parking area requires carrying your bags up stairs or going the long way to reach a ramp or elevator. There is a Yuk Yuk's comedy club attached.

“Rooms were a good size”

The rooms were a good size.....good for families with small children that need to sleep In a playpen or just baby stuff that crowds your room..this stuff needs room!!! Also great size for a girls weekend we had 4 women in one room and had room for all our stuff and ourselves! Beds were comfortable! We had a great stay!

“Service needs help”

The room was very clean and looked attractive. The Front Desk agents did not seem to interested in helping. One word answers and no follow up.

“Not Impressed”

Although this hotel is located at downtown Moncton, it's not that convenient for tourist. You will have more choices of restaurant on the other end of Main St. On the day of check in, the staff we met were cold but the people we met the following days were more friendly. Our room was tidy, and quite clean in general. The bed was comfortable; however, the coffee maker was dusty and the alarm clock was VERY dusty and we didn't dare to touch it. One thing we don't like about our room is that it's the furtherest one from the elevator. We had to make 3 turns (ie. 4 hallways, each with a number of rooms in between) in order to get to our room - not very convenient if you have stuffs to carry - and I believe that's the longest hallway trip we had ever experienced.

“Disappointed!”

Biggest disappointment was a $10.00 charge for hotel lot parking! Also, very unusual and strict hotel "Policies", like no one allowed in hotel room unless they are a registered guest! So, no company! Food prices were elevated as well. News papers were not updated from Saturday to Sunday papers. Morning breakfast buffet was reasonable with good choices.

The hotel is in average shape. it is about a 5 minute walk to many eatery and pubs. servicwe is good.

“Nice family weekend gone wrong”

The hotel was very nice. Could not swim due to the fact that there was a football game going on in the pool and no one there to stop it. Went to get in bed and there was blood on the sheets. Yuck...took pictures of it. told the staff, they changed the bed, however, that was it. Never, never, never, again will i stay there.
