We love staying at this hotel, the staff are amazing and always try to accommodate us during our stay! This is definitely our go to hotel when we are in Monclova.

Restaurant is delicious and the staff are friendly. Both ice machines were not working and we needed ice for our ice chest. The rooms have good A/C, this is our go to hotel when we go to Monclova.

Temperature control on AC unit is very poor. Also, shower water flow is poor. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times; always have problems with AC.

Outstanding Customer Service
Really amazed with the outstading service from everyone inside the hotel, starting with the guy or bell boy at the main door, the ladies at the front desk, the lady in charge of housekeeping and the waiters at the restaurant. This hotel have a poor tv signal All around the hotel Need a cable technician to fix this problem for years

Parking is an issue especially in the front of the building the NIGHT GUARD is very DISRESPECTFUL and DEMANDING . The restaurant is under renovation and loud in the hotel however mainly the night guard needs to be retrained and be made aware of customer service
