“Favourite accommodation in 3 weeks”
We had 3 weeks touring around France and the Eza Vista was our favourite stay. We loved the view from the balcony, and the village of Eze is lovely. The hotel is very conveneient to walk to the Boulangerie next door as well as supermarket and other village shops/attractions.As we stayed in July we appreciated the (quiet) air conditioning compared to some other hotels which had either no or noisy air conditioners. Also the swimming pool.
“wonderful scenic location, modern hotel with friendly helpful staff”
I will definately consider returning to Eza Vista. The rooms were comfortable, kichens well equipped and bathrooms possibly the largest in Europe! The location is fantastic with quick bus or car ride to Nice or Monaco. The only downside is the limited bus schedule to the village.
“Enjoyable”
We have just returned from a week's stay with our 2 teenage kids. The hotel was friendly and clean and a good base for us. We were charged 50 euros for a week's parking; maybe the hotel policy has changed? Anyway, on the whole I would recommend it. Local patisserie sold delicious croissants and the pizza restaurant in the nearby square was good value and cheery. We loved the views from Eze Gardens and from surrounding villages. Spent a lovely day on beach in Nice with lunch at Lido Plage. Would do it all again!
“Clean, conveniently located (if u rent a car) and HUGE rooms!”
This hotel was perfect. Eze was a perfect location from which to go to Monaco, Nice and other villages in the Riviera. We ended up falling in love with little villages, much more fun (and cheaper) than the cities. The hotel had a good A/C and the rooms were very spacious. It also offered free parking and the staff was very sweet. If you're checkingin after 7pm, call ahead. They speak decent English and they'll accomodate you (front desk closes early). The apartments are quite comfortable. TIP: There's not Wi-fi in 1st floor rooms, so request a higher floor or be prepared to go to Lobby or lounge for internet access.
“Nice Place to Stay”
This was a great hotel. Ideal location. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Private parking was also available.
“Definitely going back !”
We reserved the family suite for 6 persons. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the suite had 1 & 1/2 baths. The view was magnificent and the kitchenette spotless. Travelling with 2 adults & 4 teens, we had plenty of space. The town of Eze was a delight and the location of the hotel couldn't have been better. We were only steps away from the medieval town with its restaurants and shops. The Boulangerie and Grocery store were right next door to the hotel and had a great selection. Don't miss the Fragonard Perfume factory just steps below the hotel.

“Great value for money”
This hotel is situated with the most fantastic view of the sea and the old village and tower of Eze. The room are big and very comfortable. Im use to staying on the best hotels around the world, and was very pleased with this kind of hotel with a small kitchen. Perfect to if you are travelling with lkids.
“Hôtel très bien situé sur la côte d'Azur”
Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour et sommes prêts à y retourner. L'hôtel était très calme avec vue sur la montagne et la mer.. Nous avons parcouru les villes de la Côte (depuis Saint-Raphaël à Monaco) La période était idéale(peu de touristes)Nous retournerons certainement en octobre pour visiter l'arrière pays Nous avons suivi les conseils de l'Hôtel en ce qui concerne les restaurants: c'était super!!!
“Exceptional Location”
Eza Vista is, in my opinion, undersold by its Expedia write up. The location is stunning and the value for money is exceptional. It is ideally located to the beautiful village of Eze and a stones throw away from Nice and Monaco.
