This is not a 4* hotel
Hotel is quiet old but they have a nice renovated part. I booked it few times. When I've stayed in renovated part, room was very nice and clean but very small. In the old part room was smelly, ceiling was liking, shower was damaged. It's nothing to do with 4* hotel. But reception and restaurant Staff was very friendly.

Would stay here again.
This was in the middle of a commercial site...u would need a car..great hotel and room...room had everything you could need and we hsd a great stay...would stay here again..breakfast had everything you could need and parking was free...big plus.

Nice short stay

Property very outdated and in need of refurbishment. No double bed just two singles pushed together. Shower door kept falling off the runner. Breakfast was very poor. No variety only meats abs cheeses. No yoghurts or fruits and the toaster for the bread was taken away. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport it is a good 20 minutes from the city centre which makes it very expensive over a period of 3 days continually having to catch taxis.

Hotel was ok, only its located inside a big parking lot off a busy highway, surrounded by warehouse size retailers. Not exactly the peaceful hotel as shown in the pictutes.

Very nice hotel very close to Krakow airport..rooms were clean and very well maintained. Service at the desk was good. We had the free breakfast included but we were leaving the next morning at 4 am to catch our flight. They provided us with a nice bagged breakfast drinks and power bars. Very appreciated.

Excellent hotel
Excellent stay with extremely helpful staff. Location not the greatest if you are new to Krakow and want to see the sites but parking is easy as is access to the roads out of town. Great breakfast and good room.

Convenient
A pleasant one night stay in this hotel. The hotel is only 7km from Krakow airport which is very convenient, it also has plenty of parking. The room was very comfortable and clean with great desk service. I didn’t eat in the hotel but the restaurant did look very nice. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I will be using it again in the future.

Good, but Isolated Hotel
This hotel is close to the airport, but it is isolated in a business complex. If your meeting is in that area, it is very convenient, but there is nothing else around if you are looking for food within walking distance. If you know that going in, this hotel is great for the price.

Byliśmy przejazdem. Wcześniej byłam 6-krotnie i nic się nie zmieniło tzn było świetnie. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, wygodny parking, dobre śniadanie. Ładne czyste pokoje z dość przestronną łazienką. Ciepło. No i cicho mimo bliskiego położenia Lotniska.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto con Parking. Los fines de semana celebran fiestas y hay mucho ruido en el hotel. La ducha rota, sin gel ni toallas ( como si no hubiesen preparado la habitación ). No hablan ingles y cuesta pedirles que arreglen las cosas de la habitación. Desayuno básico. Para no repetir.
