“good value for money”

Rooms were a bit small, but had everything you needed, very clean .Very close to shopping, restaurants but quiet. Check in and out a breeze, will use again

“Would go back after the upgrades are completed.”

The motel room was in obvious need of upgrades, but the staff kept the room very clean and orderly. We were told that the new management will be upgrading the motel within the next six months. The staff that took care of the breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay there again once the upgrades have been completed.

“About what I'd expected”

Got my money's worth! Pros: large room; quiet; convenient; many area restaurants; breakfast. Cons: minor, but . . . restaurant closed; wi-fi internet very inconsistent; bottom sheet kept coming untucked--got all wrapped-up in the night; fluorescent lights in bath area. Staff VERY nice and helpful. All in all, the cons VERY minor for price.

“A nice place to stay”

This hotel was in a good location. The rooms were nicely prepared with warm, fluffy bedding. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as a stocked coffee maker. The tub/shower was large and the breakfast buffet complete with fresh waffle batter to make your own, hot waffle. I would definitely stay here again.

“Good for what you pay”

The hotel was very neat and clean, outside and in. The few problems I did have were in the room. First in the bathroom, the soap and conditioner dispensers were empty and when I lift the thing up it was FILTHY with dried and some still wet and slimy residue, then I notice when going to bed the the head board was broken! It was against the wall bit in the floor! Other than that, the sink, tub, sheets were clean, it was quiet, and both people at the FTP t rest I ran into were helpful.

So mix up with non-smocking but over all the room did its job and was every big. I would go back and was close to what I was there for.

The hotel itself was great considering the town (Modesto, California).

“A few repairs needed”

The hotel staff was very gracious. However, it appears that some repairs need to be completed, ie the refrigerator is not level, there were cracks/dark stains on the walls where furniture might have been placed and the rooms were quite dark the blinds were not open. The location is great. It is near a great variety of restaurants and an office supply store, so being able to work at the hotel was a great plus.

“OK to lay your head down but that's it...”

We were quite happy to get a cheap room to make our trip to Yosemite from, living far down the road, but we were disturbed by someone cruising through the parking lot who seemed to be watching for an easy target. Perhaps a security guard or better lighting in the parking lot would have had us feeling safe enough to enjoy a hotel that had a bare bones breakfast, a pool that opens and closes depending on the day of the week, an internet in the lobby that went out, and a dirty shower curtain and stained and dirty carpeting.
