I was really wowed when I first entered. Everything looked lovely! It's not my first La Quinta, but this one so far took the cake based on aesthetics. Got there extremely late, at around 3am. The front desk agent that checked me in was great and welcoming! My only negative take away was that the ac/heater was not easy to operate, and when it did work, it smelt of wet fur... later on, I noticed some dog air in the "hard" to reach corners of the room... Aside from that, amenities were great, breakfast was lovely, coffee around the clock. A Nice open lobby and dining area to relax and/or work.

The entire Hotel smelled like Marijuana, inside and out. If this is a non-smoking hotel, why does it smell like that? Some of it was permeating off of other guests but for the rooms and hallways to smell like it, they would have to of done it in the room. Are they not charging for a cleaning fee? If they are, why isn't the room actually getting cleaned? You can't advertise a smoke free facility when the evidence of it is everywhere. Can't blame them for the smells outside in the parking lot but inside, very much so.

There was a vending machine by my room and made a very loud noise that I couldn’t sleep. I told the staff and couldn’t do much. I’m also allergic to dogs and was told that there are no dogs on the third floor. But, that wasn’t true! There was 2 dogs in a room on the third floor. I can provide the room number if needed.

The room was descent, sheets looked uncleaned . The hall ways were extremely durty and it smelled as if someone had peed outside. Very stained, probably had not been vacuumed in weeks. Outside looks nice.

Tried to check in at 3pm but the room wasn’t ready because they were still being cleaned. Not happy but they did offer a 1 hour later checkout but I didn’t accept because I was going to be checking out earlier than 11 anyway. Room pictures on Expedia absolutely do not match the actual room. Bait and switch. BUT, overall satisfied and may consider staying here again.
