The breakfast was very good and the attendant was a very pleasant person. The lady at the front desk went over and above to provide whatever we needed. Our room was at the end of the main floor hallway where there was an exit that seemed like a main thoroughfare for the building. The curtains were quite dirty and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The noise from the highway was not bothersome during the night.

This is a great place to stay. Our room was spacious And very clean. The check in was slow but the staff was very polite. The shower head was not good. Great location with shopping and several restaurants nearby.

This hotel is in a good location, tucked between 3 or 4 nicer hotels that I wish we'd booked instead. The first room we were given at check-in seemed to be locked from the inside (the key opened the door latch, but the door only opened a couple inches). I was mortified that we might have been given an occupied room. The front desk clerk assured us it was only a problem with the door and said there were a handful of room doors on the property that are difficult to open. We were given a different room out of caution, without having to ask, which we appreciated. The guest room we stayed in had a faint smell of must, either from a previous guest smoking (although it was a non-smoking room), mildew, or both, but it wasn't overpowering and also we understand that mildew happens when you're so close to the bay! The room was also dim, even with all the lights on. The fixtures in the bathroom were literally falling apart. We had to be careful not to pull on the TP roll too hard, as it was very loosely attached to the wall. The toilet and toilet seat wobbled, and the sink was broken away from under the counter all the way around. There was mold or rust in the showerhead, and the tile and tub looked dingy. Water pressure and temp was fine, and the towels felt and smelled clean. In the morning, we discovered that the in-room coffeemaker was broken, but there is a Starbucks within a mile of the hotel. We requested housekeeping after 2 nights, but they were too understaffed to do it.

Best Breakfast Buffet Ever
The room was very clean. the Front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extremely good! Very good choices! I stay in hotels six to nine nights a month, the breakfast here was the best of any free buffet breakfasts at any motel or hotel I've stayed in! Hands down the best! The internet was good. the choice of TV channels was excellent, they have all the sports channels, TCM both HBO & Max I will stay there again, the next time I'm in the area!

Keeps getting better and better!
Quiet, comfortable room—and EXCELLENT breakfast every day!! (This is our third stay in three years due to the value and location near our grandkids) They are in the process of renovating the entire building to make it even better—& the renovating wasn’t disruptive AT ALL! Amazing!!

Thank you for your review. We do apologize that you had an issue with bug. We don't typically have an issue. We have monthly pest control. We are undergoing a major renovation at this time, so I am hoping they are not getting in with that.

Great hotel but …
Lovely spacious room, nice breakfast, but it always felt damp. Our clothes felt damp, the carpet felt damp, even my medicine started to dissolve!! I don’t know what they could do about it.
