“best stay this year”

The guy at desk at check in was VERY helpful even if my resevation was NOT there and the confurmation number was bad.

“New hotel was a great place to stay.”

On a long road trip back home we stopped at this hotel. Traveling on a monday night it was dead. We virtually had the place to ourselves. Room was nice and everything was new. Beds where comfortable. Had internet access and nice workout room. I really liked the location. This exit off of I-10 has a lot of new shopping and places to eat. The Breakfast was good. Some hot food along with the typical continental items. Only negative was that there is no pool. Traveling with kids that can be an issue. But we didn't stay long enough for it to effect our trip.

i was only there for one night, but i was very satisfied with my stay. the biggest selling point for me for any hotel is cleanliness, and it met my expectations

This is a nice hotel, i stayed there earlier this year, the hotel has changed names, good location.

“No strong feeling”

After check-in we needed additional pillows, but there were none available. The breakfast provided was lacking a little, we stayed at Holiday Inn Express the next weekend and had a much better breakfast. For the price, didn't see much offered to justify.

“Not really a 3.5 stars”

We picked it because we would get to experience a 3.5 stars, but the hotel was more like a 2 - 2.5 stars. Breakfast was really more like a 1.5 star one. Also, too many screaming kids everywhere, this is definitely a family type of place. The room was very nice and large though, with microwave and mini fridge. Our AC was locked on 70 the whole night, no turning up, no turning off, we arrived so late, we noticed once already in bed, so we froze all night. Once we told the front desk the next morning, the repairman showed up in 5 minutes and fixed it in 10. We did not get anything for the inconvenience though.
