The west bedroom upstairs has one queen bed and a queen futon sofa. A convenience door opens to the shared bathroom, which has a full tub/shower enclosure. At the end of the hall, the gigantic east bedroom provides two queen beds, TV/VCR, a spacious sitting/reading area with love-seat, and a super-large walk-in closet. After your day’s activities, while the sunset fires up the red rocks, cook a delicious supper on the outdoor charcoal grill, then settle in for an evening in front of the gas log fireplace.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
