Guessing the room had been updated but on a minor budget. Needed to get the desk chair out and put a Rod in to hang clothes up, rods in the bathroom to hang towels on. Toliet needed bolted, it rocked. Manager was always quick to respond

The rooms are a good size and very clean! Perfect location close to town and dog park! For the price this place can’t be beat!! Will definately stay here again!

This place was way clean quiet, i would recommend it to all of my family and friends. Parking is tight but everything eles was great i would stay again the pepole in the office was great help.

Place was overall a great deal, convenient location, and clean rooms. There were some issues in the room, broken curtains, towel rack and toilet cover. None of these affected our stay, would definitely stay here again.

Poor communication -- I didn't receive information for check-in and when I arrived around 9 pm the office was closed. When I called, the person that worked there let me know check-in is by a code sent via text message but I didn't receive any messages and I didn't receive anything after informing them of this either. I was surprised they don't send important information like that in an email. When I finally got into the room, there were moths flying aorund which was an unwelcome sight. The only redeeming feature of this place is that their showers have great water pressure.

When I arrived there was no one to check me in. Eventually I found the correct number to call and was given the instructions by phone. The room was fine but I discovered the door was not completely locked. If you used the normal door handle you could easily get in. Finally, the coffee maker was not working. The water was heated but it never made over the coffee grounds. The only time I ever saw the lady that runs this place was to ask how I am to proceed when I check out. My stay was fine but this could have been better.

The check-in via text was extremely easy and efficient. It was so great not to have to worry about a room key or card, and the code was easy to remember. So that was great. What was NOT great was that the room wasn't cleaned--we stayed 3 nights and had no clean sheets or towels. When I texted about this after the 2nd night I was told that room cleaning wasn't included in the price and that it would be $20/night extra! And there was a little "housekeeping tips" box on the nightstand. So we were supposed to pay extra and also tip? I think not. (They have "clean rooms" on their sign, which is a bit misleading.) Also, there was an unlocked door to the outside at the end of our hall, which I didn't discover until our 3rd night. It was propped open, so I closed it, but there didn't seem to be any way to lock it. ALSO, there were no coffee cups or water cups provided, but there were ceramic mugs on sale for $5. I used one, washed it out, and hung it back on the display rack.

The stay was fine and the room was also fine. However we did not get our room code and had to telephone to get the code. The first time there was no answer but on the second attempt the phone was answered and we got our code. The room was expensive for what it was but it seemed to be cheaper than most places in Moab.

The room provides what is necessary...beds, bathroom, temp control, locking door, fridge and microwave. No frills, but what you need. Clean. Basic contact with property through text messages. Price was acceptable for what you get. Did not find ice or vending machines, but convenience store is across the street.

This is an older motel, but less expensive than others in the area for the time that we stayed. Room was a bit small but adequate for two people. No real lobby, no one there when we checked in, which happened via a text message or phone call to Zack. Parking was small, but appeared to fit all of the cars while we were there. Beds were clean and comfortable.

I was very impressed with the service Zach, the property manager, provided from offsite. He was very responsive to our needs and had a good attitude. Per our request, he moved us to a room on the backside of the building so that the road noise would not be as loud. That helped! The first room did have much more space. The room with two double beds did not have sufficient space for eating at the table pushed in a corner. That turned out to be a big challenge since we had that room 3 days. I would have felt more comfortable security-wise if there had been a staff member on-site because the doors were left open. I am accustomed to there being a gatekeeper of sorts at the entrance to an inn. Perhaps a pad like what is used to enter or lock your room could be put on the exterior doors with a code, linked to your bedroom code, could be used to gain access into the building. Just a thought … Overall, we had a positive experience at the Silver Sage Inn. The price made staying in Moab 4 nights possible. Zach, thank you for all your help!!!

No one here when we arrived (office closed) Note on door to call someone to give a pass code to room door. Maid on staff could not help us open door and after waiting for her to call a manager to come from her home to motel, eventually got us another (less desirable) room.
