The Halls smelled something awful it I could not detect what is was. We walked down to check out the pool area and the hot tub was green. We went up and told the person at the front desk we did not want to stay there and we wanted our money back. They told us they would not give us our money back. We had to go find another room at a different hotel and pay for that. We never got a refund.

Fine for low expectations
The bed was comfortable, the check-in gal was nice, the hot tub was warm. That being said, you get what you pay for. Room smelled musty, some spots on the bedspreads, air conditioner was a wall unit that didn’t seem very consistent. Nothing extreme to make us leave, but it’s a room you leave your shoes on for as much as possible.

Very uncomfortable. Windows didn’t lock on 1st floor room. No elevator so due to medical equipment, needed bottom floor. Very loud air conditioner. It was a old window unit and did not cool down room. Room smelled bad and was so small. We left after just a few hours because we couldn’t sleep

We found the staff friendly and our room very clean as well as the public areas. Our only complaint was our room had a bit of an odor. Almost like stale smoke. I carry a small bottle of Febreeze when traveling. A little of that took care of the problem.
