Please dont book this hotel because of the waterpark. This is a bait. The water was cold and slide was off until the evening. My kids were beyond frustration. Lack of transperency is unacceptable. However, fine place to spent one night if you dont have kids or dont care about the pool.

The pool was great. They are remodeling. The attendant at the desk said they had been closed for remodeling, but open over the weekend because they had a lot of reservations and didn’t want to disappoint. He was also very helpful when the tv in our room did not work.

I recently stayed and had rented 2 rooms for two nights. One room, there were hairs all over the shower wall. The other room our bathroom light began flickering off and on on night 2 like a strobe light. The air/ran unit in that room also didnt seem to work correctly. Just blew very low on more of a fan setting. The lamps next to the bed stopped working the second night as well. When i tried to call the front desk the phone in the room didnt work. I tried speaking with someone at the facility and was not able to get anyone to help me at the desk. Breakfast was luke warm at best in their warmers and half the tables were incredibly wobbly.

The parking lot shares with a fast food restaurant and the exterior doors opened without a key, it must have been broken. It wasn’t a bad experience, but the pool wasn’t available. It would have been nice to know when we arrived that they were replacing the heater. Other than that it was fine.

Horrible. Reservations were accidentally made a week off, I can own that. Manager said he understood and would correct when an email was sent from hotels.com. After paying again, I emailed thru the system and the manager did not reply. Deceitful. Very dirty room, noisy, drafty, and nobody slept well. I had to pay an additional pet fee (not advertised online), and I think my dog was afraid of all the junk on the floor!

Outdated. Booked a king bed, it was a murphy bed about the size of a full. The toilet seat was broken and glued back together with caulking. The bath tub would not hold water and water was luke warm.

No Noise Control.
The pool area was dingy and the water was a little on the green side. The water was also ice cold. My biggest complaint is the paper thin walls. You could hear the people in the next room talking if you needed keep the bathroom fan on. We also had the pleasure of listen to someone's kids playing in the halls, opening and shutting the room doors. I tried calling the front desk but my phone in the room didn't work. So we had to call them on my cell. They didn't do anything about the noise an hour later I had to go to the office and make a complaint in person. This was now close to midnight and the noise still didn't stop until after 12:30am.

I planned to take the kids for a mini staycation over Christmas to hang out at the pool. The plan was to stay for 4 nights, but the pool was cold, the hot tub was barely warm, the slide was only open 5-10 and the water looked less than clean, almost had a lake smell. Kids barely got in the water and gave up. Then a blizzard was moving in so we decided to call it and went home after one night. Room was comfortable enough and breakfast was fine. Pool area was severely lacking though, kids did not want to spend four days there.

Good for the price, i stayed in the family suite , the blankets looked like it wasnt clean there was black dots on them, there was a hole in the ceiling. Black stains in the bathroom. The room was not really that clean we found some old food behind the tv. When housekeeping came by asked us if needed towels I said yes . For a family of four.. we wer eonly given one towel and one floor towel for the shower.. wasnt give. Any extra. The pool was nice qnd fun the hot tub was very luke warm ..

This place is awful, do not stay here! No hot water, weird smell, lukewarm at best hot tub, and freezing cold pool. Not enough towels, cups, shampoo, etc for the number of guests, coffee maker didnt work. Staff was rude at checkin, and the tv screen was screwed up and the volume didnt work. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

good for an overnight but not a weekend
they met our needs just fine. We have stayed here in the past, but must be under different ownership, the water slide only runs from 5pm to 10pm. the pool was quite cold. the hot tub did not work, we were there for a family event so the pool area was for the kids, we did not use it very much.

The room was not well maintained. It was recently painted, and painters tape was left up on the bathroom door frame. The grab bar in the bathtub had been ripped out and not replaced. The carpet was sticky. The shampoo and conditioner left in the bathroom was empty. The breakfast area was dirty and the food was not fresh. For the price,its not the worst place I've stayed, but i won't stay again.

The front desk clerk did not understand the rules for a Emotional Support Animal nor did the manager. Also there were no elevators in the complex. Things like that really need to be in the description for the hotel. I am partially handicapped and so is my wife. Fortunately my wife was able to stay with our daughter in a first floor room, but I was forced to stay in a second floor room and go up and down the stairs. This place was a dump in my opinion.
