Grand hôtel près de l'autoroute (pratique), mais tout à fait au calme. Proximité de restaurants. Grande chambre avec lit double et canapé lit qui donne l'impression d'une suite si on n'est qu'à deux, confortable. Frigo et kitchenette. Toutefois, des restes de forage dans la salle de bain qui nous laissent douter de la propreté... ou est-ce qu'ils avaient foré pour le porte-linge le matin même après le passage de l'équipe nettoyage?? Peu probable...

I stay at this hotel every time I come through missoula. It is close to the freeway and close to dining. There is a stream that flows past the hotel which is nice to see. The person at the desk was a little rude. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Friendly staff with immaculate cleanliness. First place where the hot water got hot enough. Close to gas stations and multiple eating establishments. Room was very comfortable.

Rooms for the money are way over priced. The tubs and sink had caulk coming away from them, room had a dirty dog smell to it, furniture was very old, just over all a tired run down property that hasn't been getting maintained well. Won't be staying there again.

The hot tub wasnt working, their breakfast worker didnt show, the sink in the room was leaking, the window wasnt locked and had no safety stop. Basically my chils opened the sliding glass window and there was nothing stipping him from falling 2 stiloroes. Staff seemed to not really care much so ill probably not stay there again.

The pool was very dirty and there was mud in the carpet throughout the hallway which never got vacuumed up during our stay. Wasnt happy with staying there.

The place was very clean and staff were exceptional. The rooms need to be updated, but were very clean. The breakfast was exceptional and breakfast staff exceptional. The housekeeping and maintenance supervisors were training a new housekeeper one door down from our room. I overheard them both tell him at different times that guest satisfaction is their #1 priority. That motto shone thru with every staff interaction we had from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance to breakfast staff. Even though the rooms were in need of updating, the beds were super comfy, it was quiet, and staff was very accommodating.

I liked the fact that fresh towels were always provided. The complimentary breakfast was great and it was nice to be close to the vatiety of restuarants.

Pros: Clean area and good breakfast choices Cons: There was limited parking, night manager suggested parking in the bar parking lot. There were loud barking dogs in the early morning hours that interrupted my ability sleep two nights in a row.

Jackie the breakfast lady did wonderful job- wide variety of food and she was very friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Raine who tried to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms but finally settled on something that worked for us. Pets are allowed and we could hear dogs bark during the night.

When we pulled out the sofa bed for our kiddo there was a plastic fork, and skittles all through out it. It was late and the clerk had issues getting us in the room to begin with or I would have asked for a new room.

Did not receive maid service. When we made reasonable requests we were met with apathy or outright distain by evening staff. To be fair when he over heard the issue, there was a helpful young man that was concerned about our problem. It’s too bad that young people today have an attitude of “not my job”.Don’t expect the front staff to have a professional appearance, the days of requiring your staff to present that kind professionalism appear to be long gone in this establishment.
