“Very Good Hotel”
Hotel was clean, comfortable and affordable. Front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel with good Surrounding neighborhood for shops and fast food also 25 min drive to square one shoping centre. A good location for toronto city only 30 min by train or niagara falls 60 min by car. I ould you recommend this hotel to others

Great hotel, stayed at many Holiday ins before, at this location, for an emergency stop only, after missing a flight. Accommodations, and staff were great, but the rooms need to have @ least a refrigerator..vending and Ice were on another floor, which meant a 5 minute trip in the middle of night to get something cold... To add, there was no remote to the TV, had to call downstairs, and was told I will have one the following day..one was sent to my room in less than an hr.
“Surprisingly Excellent Restaurant”
The dinner menu was a real surprise at this Holiday Inn. I had dinner there two nights and was very well satisfied. The bartender was outstanding in friendliness and the atmosphere was very much like your favorite neighborhood bar.

I'm very thankful to all the support that received from the staff, specially from Lisa and other manager that was working with her at the same time.
“One night stay”
The front desk staff (especially Sarah) were very helpful and informative. The room, though it was small for adults and two children, was clean and had the basic amenities; however, it would've been nice if the two beds were queens, and not just doubles. Would not recommend the breakfast buffet that's included - found the scrambled eggs and hash brown potatoes to be quite tasteless.
