the service at the hotel was very good we were very happy at the speed at which any problem we had was dealt with. cudos to the receptionist lesa she was very professional and went above her duties to see that we were comfortable

Great hotel. Great breakfast in our stay (1 week). Newspaper at the door. 2 internet avalaible. The only inconvenient was the access. For the newers, Miramar Parkway, turn on 148 th Avenue direction North (gaz station just in the corner and just before the 75 Highway) and go to the end and turn to your left (you have no choice !).

Nice clean rooms, very good breakfast service. Wi-fi worked in the room. Very good TV with DTH service. TV programs were crystal clear.

“Good value for the price”

Nice hotel with lots of restaurants all around. However, none close enough without a car. At least 30 minutes to the beaches. Good breakfast with plenty to go around and coffee available throughout the day and evening, both regular and decaf. There is a pool, but we were not attracted to it, it was small and not very appealing. Lots of free parking space. We were tree 3 days before taking a cruise and it suited our purpose. Would go back anytime.

“Enjoy our stay”

We stayed for 2 days before our cruise. The king bed is comfortable but the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The room is much smaller than the pictures from the hotel website. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the waffle and it was a nice touch that they have apples and oranges in the lobby all day long. The kids wanted to take a dip but the water in the pool was too cold.
