They have a very nice staff. Sheyla, Miguel, Gerneir Juan are very friendly. I felt in this hotel as I was at home.

It was okay
The area was really nice, it does take about an hour to get to and from the airport and there was no breakfast offered. There appeared to be some ongoing construction.

Good afternoon The Wi-Fi that we offer is as a courtesy and really serves for the communication that is currently needed. If you have to work and download internet you should buy a wifi card. Not a do over for me.
I got there at 7am to drop off my bag and go. The doors were locked with a chain. (1st thought was I leave at 6am, how am I suppose to get out?) I called and someone finally opened the door. I knew it was too early to access my room, but I just wanted to check in and drop my bags. Nope, they would not allow it, but they were willing to keep my bag. I asked if leaving the next day at 6am was going to be a problem and they said they would “make arrangements” but I would not get breakfast bc it started at 7am. I said, “I’ll take tomorrows breakfast today then.” The look of sheer panic on their faces was comical. They were not serving breakfast. When I returned at 7pm, The check in was so bad, that it wasn’t even funny, and I can make any bad situation funny. Was suppose to pay 45 American dollars, they charged me in soles. I offered to pay 100% of it cash in either US dollars or Peruvian soles. Way too hard for them to figure it out.by the time they were thru I’m paying almost $60 in surcharges and fees, and poor exchange rate. The room was ok. The bottom half of the tv was green, and the shades had a gap, which allowed a very powerful spot light across the street to come in and light up the room. No night light needed to find the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall, not a do over. I rather pay more to stay in a worst place.

Good morning Surprised by your comment apparently mistaken by the Hotel for the following Promotional Rate that I take on Expedia does not include breakfast. The payment they made was in US dollars. This comment is made after a long time staying. In the room it is equipped with a Smart TV, it is not old. When you made your reservation, the hotel check-in time (13 hours) and check-out time (12 hours). That came out when you made your reservation on Expedia. Good vibes Juan Andres Garcia

The room was never made up. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper each day. The one great thing about the room was that the shower was fantastic.

The location is excellent, the staff are excellent and really tried their best to help us but the rooms are really small for 3 people, let alone the 3rd person is in wheelchair. Their rooms are good for just a couple. If not for that, I would have given them the highest review.

It was 15 minutes walking distance from Kennedy Park so that was perfect. Another positive thing was that in he 7th floor you can see the beach. The room was in need of repairs and I am not sure I understand why i had to give my keys every time I left the hotel.

The check in staff wasn't friendly, and when I walked in ignored me, and gave me a bit of attitude upon checking in. They also were quite insistent I pay cash for my room and even though they had a credit card on file, every time I walked passed them (before I could get to an ATM) they asked me if I had gotten the cash yet.

Staff was rude and not helpful. I requested help with multiple things since I was new to the area so that was very disappointing, I was left to do things on my own basically regarding the neighborhood. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfy but things were a bit outdated.

It was ok. I expected to have at least a queen bed for a double room but i was given an average size bed for 2. Not big deal. The carpets outside the room were very dirty and there was a very noisy construction next to it that woke me up early. No WiFi service but they said it was gonna get fixed in 24 hours (i had no 24 hours to get it fixed) so as per their recommendation i went downstairs to use the lobby wifi but it did not work neither. The day after i was advised to use their guest computers located in the lobby and did not have internet access either :( . luckily the receptionist help me out using the reception computer and i was able to check in through my airlines webpage.

Stay here for two nights in our trip to Lima. Location is excellent!! few blocks away from Larcomar, secure location. We were very happy with the staff, breakfast, clean room, internet, air conditioning, hot water and especially the price!! Its a no brainer. The only issue was that our room had a small window in the bathroom shared with the room next door. We could listen to everything going on....

I spent 5 days in this Hotel for business. For 3 days there was no internet in the room. I found a bot noisy, especially being next to the elevator at the 6e floor. People were very nice and friendly at the reception.

My boyfriend and I are from Canada and we recently took a trip to Peru. We stayed at Hotel Ferre Miraflores for 1 night. The hotel provided airport pickup for $25USD (we were arriving into Lima very late so we figured it would be safest to prearrange this rather than try to find a cab as neither of us speak Spanish). The hotel staff was helpful throughout our stay. The WiFi was not working and the building is older but breakfast is included in an ocean view room. The location of the hotel is very good- 3 blocks away from the big outdoor mall and all of the waterfront restaurants, right along the beach. There is a jacuzzi and sauna in the hotel but neither of them were working, and the gym is only 2 machines so don't count on using the amenities. The hotel room did not include bottled water which would have been nice. The price was a bit high for the hotel itself but the location made it worth it.

Comfortable great hotel with outstanding service
The staff at this hotel were amazing, so friendly and attentive to detail. The facilities were lovely, clean and tasteful, Rooms have beautiful and some ocean views. It was a short walk to both the ocean and everything in the Miraflores area. The staff were not only sympathetic, but also went above and beyond to help when I thought I had lost something. They were understanding, patient, and unflappable when I found the item myself having been the one who misplaced it! They also emailed me a couple of days after I checked out to let me know that I left something behind! Unexpected! I loved the atmosphere over all, very welcoming, responsive and helpful with questions about logistics and places to go in Lima. Loved it.

GREAT OPTION IN LIMA
I stpent three nights and the hotel was great. Good breakfast, nice rooms and bathrooms. They provide a taxi driver, Jose picked us up from the Airport and helped us while in Lima. Thanks Jose Z.! The staff was very nice! Thanks all the staff! Good value. Highly recommended.

OK Hotel, but not great.

Excellent value for a three star hotel.
As noted in other reviews, a quiet location. Within waking distance to other Miraflores sites. Staff spoke good English, were polite, and available for help. As noted by others, breakfast was good. We had dinner in the hotel the first night, good tasting (not mind blowing, but good) and a good value, total ~$13 for two, including tip! No, it's not a four star hotel, but the room & bathroom were spacious and the price reasonable. I'll stay here again when in Lima.

Great Area - Memorable stay
My wife and I have visited 5 other hotels in the area in the last few years and this one is the best. The price was reasonable and the rooms immaculate. The only down side was that the wifi was not as strong in our room as I would have like. Some of our devices could not utilize it due to it's weak signal. Other than that the service was great, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the location perfect. It is on a quiet street that is well maintained and safe. Will definitely stay here again.
