my wife and I were very satisfied with the service and the room was very nice, the only thing which could have been better it was a little noisy , because of the construction workers, not during the day but after 11pm , everything else was satifactory, thank you

“Good hotel”

Good hotel, only one issue the room had a small cool draft, and the heat was not consistent - however we never asked it be fixed. We will be staying there again.

Way too expensive, it was very out of date, bordering on dumpy. Employees very friendly and helpful. State fair was going on, so I think they were able to over charge, as all the hotels were full.

The a/c and heat untit was very noisy and the upstairs noises were annoying. Did not get a restful might sleep as expected.

Hotel guests were extremely noisy late in the evening Walls were thin and upstair noises were very loud.The breakfast area was very small and crowded. Girl at check in was efficient but not very friendly. Location was next to a business with a shared entry, a little tricky to manouever and parking was limited, crowded and overall poor.

“Very expensive, outdated rooms”

I stayed at the Minot Super 8 Simply because nothing else was available in the area. The rate was more than double the going rate for Super 8's in other areas. For this princely sum, I received a room with two very creaky beds and an equally noisy floor. The decor was very dated and had been exensively used by previous customers. I assume the strange smells were included in the rate. My non-smoking room definitley had been smoked in by a previous occupant. Will I stay again? Only if nothing else is available (again).
