Booked a room with a king bed and a pull out couch with a double bed. Got checked in and put our things into the room. The front staff guy seemed stressed out but it was busy so I get it. We came back to the room at 9:30pm and pulled out the bed part of the couch and there was no mattress, it was missing. I call down and tell the guy and he says what do you want me to do?. I say find me a mattress or change rooms? He than brings me up a crappy single mattress which only could fit one kid on it. I won't be booking there again and would strongly suggest you don't either! The pool and place was showing it's years and lack of up keep.

We got put into a room where somebody was already staying and then had to get a new room. The unprofessional man told us it was expedias fault. The place is pretty rundown but clean, except that there was a pair of underwear in our room that wasn’t ours. The pool area was not clean at all. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was nice but not properly cleaned as I found trash through out the room. The bed was so uncomfortable (king) thin and not much padding. Felt the springs. Pillows were thin and didnt hold any weight. Overall, the location, staff and environment was good. Just think the beds could use some updating. Especially when you are traveling, paying for sleep, unable to do so with lack of bedding comfort.

Just after we got settled into our room, another couple was also given our room, and tried to enter so that caused a little confusion but was settled easy at the front desk. The pool area is older but perfect for little kids with wade entry and 3 feet deep max! Quiet area!

Staff was friendly. Hot tub was nice and hot. Downfall. Pizza sauce on the wall by garbage by office desk. Corners in bathroom were dirty on the floors and the walls in the bathroom could use a good cleaning. And bathroom sink drain needs a clean out it definitely stinks when running water.

Overall stay was good. Disappointed that continental breakfast was over at 9AM! Guests relax on weekends and I’ve never stayed at a hotel that breakfast was over at 9!

The property was good. The staff was not. We booked a kind suite with pull our sofa- there’s no mattress in the sofa. Our kids shared a twin roll out. When I tried to call down about the issue the no one would answer. I had to call the landline over and over to finally get someone. Getting service from the front desk was impossible because no one was in their station

Hotel is in decent condition. Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. Room was clean and in good shape. Bed is relatively comfortable, we got a king suite so the extra space was nice. Water pressure is on the low side but lots of hot water.

Hotel was fine but they failed to tell us they quit serving breakfast before 9am... we went down at 855am and everything was cleared out. Maybe tell the clients the breakfast serving time... most hotels serve till 10am on weekends. We will sure be aware of that if we stay again

Room was fine. It was clean and quiet. Shower water was hot and good pressure. This is a problem I’ve noted in lots of hotels twice as expensive. Breakfast was pretty picked over and most of the hot stuff (meat and eggs) was gone when I went there. Still, it was great. Overall and in retrospect, I would have expected to pay close to twice as much as I did for what I got. And it was good for me to eat a healthy breakfast anyway. I will def be back if I’m in Minot. The pool and jacuzzi were a solid bonus.

Arrival: We arrived at the hotel just after 7pm and found the front counter completely vacant. I rang the bell twice, nothing. I waited for about 10 minutes, wondering if maybe I could find a phone to CALL the hotel to find someone….and finally a staff member arrived. No apology. No greeting. It took a few minutes to bring up our reservation but we were checked in eventually. No communication regarding breakfast times or mention their pool was closed. Amenities and Room: Pool is closed and we were not told. Our kids were looking forward to swimming!! Room is spacious and has a lot of room for our family of 6. Pull out bed is lumpy and could use a topper to maybe soften the bars and springs. The room has 2 TV’s which the kids like. Lobby and dining areas are in need of a good vacuum and several garbages are full. Room to front desk call didn’t work, so I had to come downstairs to get extra blankets.

I had no issues checking in initially for my two night stay until after until after our first night our key card didn’t work and after talking to the lady at the desk she said the worker the other night didn’t check us into our second night at the hotel. For some reason after that she charged us for the following night even though I had pre paid for both nights on Expedia. The rooms had so much black hair in them and there was blood on our bed sheets. Definitely not cleanly. It made my stay stressing and I am especially disappointed since it was my first time using Expedia.
