Not all guests are considerate of others and once we determined where it was coming from the guests were removed from the property. We also apologize for the elevator being out of service. It is scheduled to be repaired and should be up and running soon. As a Motel 6 our rates are lower as certain room amenities such as conditioner are not provided complimentary. We cannot apologize enough that the weather got ahead of us and we were unable to keep up with the snow from the storm. No sooner would we get sidewalks cleared they would fill back in again. Although we cannot control mother nature, we should have worked harder to make an easier path for you. We did have maintenance check the exterior doors as the locks were not functioning due to the ice and snow from the weather. We will make sure we unlock the doors during the next storm allowing for easier access. Thank you for your input.
