“Very Nice”

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located right across from the Ridgedale Mall. Many restaurants and activities nearby. It is located on a hill so the cobblestone walkway out front was a little treacherous during the winter. The grounds and the pond next to the hotel probably make a nice view during summer months. Very comfortable beds and large bathroom. Everything you would expect from a Sheraton.

“Nice hotel to stay”

We really enjoyed the quality of this hotel. The bed was great, there was a nice bathroom that was clean, and the breakfast buffet (available for purchase) was great. We did have to pay $10 extra to get a mini-fridge put in our room so we could have milk right away in the morning for our one year old.

“Very Satisfied”

My family and I stayed at this hotel and received superior service from the front desk. They were very accommodating and serviced all of our requests without hesitation. The rooms were clean, additionally the common spaces were kept clean and stocked with all the essentials. This is the second stay at this particular site, I have been satisfied on both occasions.

“Great place”

We were only there one night, but it was a great place, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff we enountered were fantastic, fast regarding an problem and they allowed us to stay longer than checkout time with no fees, as we had a sick child. Will be where we go next time.

“Poor condition & cleanliness of my room”

I was disappointed very much on Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel. Much insect & mosquito were flying in my room, it was unbearable. You can check the hotel's records, I have requested to change room, but still made me disappointed due to full of smoky smell in the another room, I hate smoking. Due to late night, and fully booked, no other room for changing, I was forced to stay at a uncomfortable room. I trusted the band of Sheraton, so booked at this hotel, but I obtained a unhappy experience. I think I should get back money due to poor quality of room.

“Great location”

This hotel was very close to the city. (Less than 10 minutes) It was a quick drive downtown but also close to the lake.
